Mr. Glassman was appointed the Company's Chairman of the Board in 2020 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2016. He previously served the Company as President from 2013 to 2019, Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2015, Executive Vice President from 2002 until 2013, President - Residential Furnishings from 1999 to 2006, Senior Vice President from 1999 to 2002, and in various other capacities since 1982. Mr. Glassman holds a degree in business management and finance from California State University-Long Beach. He was first elected as a director of the Company in 2002.

Mr. Dolloff was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, President - Bedding Products effective January 1, 2020. He has served the Company as Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer since January 1, 2019, President - Specialized Products & Furniture Products from 2017 to 2019, Senior Vice President, President - Specialized Products from 2016 to 2017, Vice President and President of the Automotive Group from 2014 to 2015, President - Automotive Asia from 2011 to 2013, Vice President of Specialized Products segment from 2009 to 2013, and in various other capacities since 2000. Mr. Dolloff holds a law degree and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. His previous experience includes several years working in mergers & acquisitions and securities at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in New York. He was first elected as a director of the Company in 2020.

Jeff Tate is an Exec VP/Chief Financial Officer at LEGGETT & PLATT INC, Auditor at Dow Chemical Co, and Board Member at TCF FINANCIAL CORP and is based in Midland, Michigan. He has worked as Vice President of Finance - Packaging & Specialty Plastics Portfolio at Dow, Chief Audit Executive at Dow, and Finance Director at Dow Chemical Co. Jeff works or has worked as MEMBER at National Black MBA Association Inc, CHAIRMAN at African American Network, and MEMBER at Financial Executives International. He studied at Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2001 and 2001, American Civil Liberties Union, and University of Alabama between 1987 and 1992.

Ms. Trent was appointed Senior Vice President - Chief Accounting Officer in 2017. She previously served as Vice President - Chief Accounting Officer from 2015, Staff Vice President - Financial Reporting from 2007 to 2015, and in a series of progressively more responsible accounting capacities since 1998. Ms. Trent holds a degree in accounting from Missouri Southern State University.
