R&D Jigs and Fixtures The R&D Jigs and Fixtures Associate is responsible for creating and maintaining sew drawings and sew specifications within the AIS system to support new product launches (New Go's) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). This role requires attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and ideally some familiarity with furniture components and industry terminology.
