Decent paycheck if payroll doesn’t mess up. HR would be nice if they actually responded or was at the facility and available for all the working shifts

Supervisor/management not knowing how to use the basic tools assigned to the production team, not providing adequate maintenance teams, management not listening to people that have knowledge and seemingly intentionally run things into the ground

Gore based on ability to perform tasks and use tools not on color, sex, orientation, or religion

Was working for the company leggett and platt bought

The ability to keep going forward even if it’s detrimental to the company and its people

Clocking out

Barely enough to afford rent in our area without requiring 10+ hours of Overtime a week

Not so good

There are none.

Low pay, no retirement plan, no matching on 401K plan, and poor and costly health benefits. Leggett

and Platt is not employee friendly.

Disappointed they are selling

That they sold

They had great benefits and 4 miles from my house

Pretty good benefits, okay jobs.
