This position will begin in early February and run through late March. Senator Taylor represents District 21 covering inner SE Portland, Milwaukie, and Oak Grove. The Legislative Assistant 2's role will be as a first point of contact for the office, providing general administrative support such as scheduling while performing other duties (writing talking points and floor speeches, constituent & stakeholder outreach, minor casework, research, bill tracking) as necessary. This position will work under supervision of the Senator and will report to and receive direction from senior staff.
