What Will You Do?
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact to plant employees in the use of human resource programs and processes.
* Address employee request, inquiries, and concerns; deliver prompt and appropriate counsel and guidance to employees including but not limited to Time and Attendance, PTO, HRIS navigation, benefit programs and employment verification.
* Assists as needed in employee benefit programs at the plant level. Explains benefit programs and instructs employees on how to enroll into programs.
* Prepare Unemployment claim responses under the direction of Manager.
* Maintain and manage all I-9 documentation including yearly audit.
* Coordinate all Data entry into Learning Management System - Learning with Legrand (LWL) for all trainings.
* Coordinate logistics and assist in delivery of mandatory compliance training programs (e.g., Anti-Harassment, Workplace Violence) for all plant employees.
* Participates in conducting internal investigations in accordance with Company policy and legal requirements.
* Support with planning and champions employee engagement events (i.e Service Awards, Perfect Attendance Recognition).
* Maintain and manage electronic employee personnel records.
* Enters and maintains HRIS database on all active/inactive Temp employees, including, but not limited to status changes, personal information, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, etc.
Recruiting/Pre-Employment & Onboarding:
* Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Hiring and Related Duties including, Post and manage bid process and selection for all open hourly positions. Participate in the Recruiting, Interviewing, and selection process for hourly employees.
* Completes all necessary personnel forms, which includes, creating and maintaining personnel files, transmitting accurate and timely information to Payroll and ensure new hire checklist is completed.
* Conduct new hires orientation for Hourly Employees and/or Temp workforce.
Time and Attendance:
* Administer Time and Attendance: coordinate all activities associated with Time and attendance. This includes editing, entering data, updating schedules, approving time, and processing retro-pay if necessary.
* Ensure Time and Attendance is accurately updated with daily and weekly verifications.
* Prepare attendance discipline documentation.

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration or equivalent experience.
Experience:
* Must have 2-5 years of relevant experience; experience working in a manufacturing setting/environment strongly preferred.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction industry experience.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing excellence or 10 plus years experience in one of the following industries or disciplines: electrical, communications, construction, A/V technology, engineering, architecture, or interior design.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Must be proficient in negotiation and influencing skills. Able to creatively demonstrate new product concepts using professional selling skills. Lead project teams through the Construction Sales Process.
Able to assist with the creation of specification documents including engineering drawings and submittals. Perform engineering and budgetary analysis including specification writing and take-off assistance. Partner with sales team for complete market penetration.
Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, e-mail and meeting management software. Ability to use internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to communicate effectively in one-on-one or group presentation situations. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and industry contacts.

As a Sr Robotics Engineer at Panduit, you'll be part of a team that is working on complex automation projects utilizing robots and cobots. You'll work on R&D projects from design to validation, developing prototypes and one-of-a-kind manufacturing systems then integrating them into assembly lines.
What You Will Do
Perform complex engineering assignments, apply advanced engineering principles, and conduct complex technical investigations.
Plan, conduct, and manage technical portions of assigned projects; make recommendations as needed.
Drive completion of all phases within the timeline and budget.
Provide technical presentations, guidance, and support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
