Nothing. Horrible company to work for. Pay raises are a joke & employees are bullies.

Cons of working at Lehigh Hanson

Management is a joke. Co-workers are bullies. Nepotism is rampant. People are underpaid & they expect way to much for what they are paid. Training is a joke. Or should I say doesn't exist. Most of the people are uneducated & turnover is excessive.

There are none . Insurance is expensive and there is nothing else.
