The selected candidate is required to be onsite at the MAD facility and will support the FAA Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) program in conducting quality oversights related to inspections, processing, drawing reviews and configuration controls, manufacturing and testing. The candidate will perform inspections, oversee testing activities and communicate/coordinate with internal and external customers. The candidate's comprehension of the Mid Atlantic Depot's quality standards is essential to ensure delivery of quality products that meet our customer's high standards.

Perform inspections of sub-assemblies and rack builds to prints

Verification of kitted materials being shipped
Ensure Quality Management System and procedures are followed

• Oversee F-22 modernization upgrade maintenance to successfully install F-22 Depot/Organizational-Level modifications and upgrades.
• Coordinate all CFT technical activities with the CFT Modification Shift Leads, Modification Supervisor and Site Operations Manager to allocate required resources (manpower, shifts, facilities, equipment, etc) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure all required TCTO Kits, tooling and equipment are available to successfully execute the aircraft modifications and prevent delivery impacts.
• Communicate with Air Force F-22 maintenance leaders on CFT pre-induction aircraft requirements, negotiate scheduled aircraft downtimes, provide mid-span production status, and updates on issues impacting scheduled delivery times.
• Provide daily status of the aircraft modification to Site and to MUO leaders.
• Enforce CFT compliance with established LM safety and occupational health, tool control, foreign object damage (FOD) prevention/control policies, and ensure mishaps and quality escapes are promptly reported to LM Site Quality Assurance and Site managers.
• Be willing/able to work any shift, any day, at any time, to include authorized overtime, weekends and holidays as necessary to support customer operational objectives.
• Ensure Action Requests (ARs) are initiated to identify and resolve unique operational and technical problems.
