Mortgage Servicing opportunities available:
Full-time (30 - 40 hours a week)
The ability to work the 8-hour closing shift, Monday through Friday between 11:00 am to 8:30 pm Eastern Time. Shifts could be earlier based on business needs.
As a Mortgage ServicingCustomerServiceRepresentative, you will:
Provide excellent customerservice, answering a variety of calls and emails from the mortgage servicing industry and the public on FHA guidelines and procedures.
Use your knowledge of mortgage servicing to locate answers in a knowledge database to acknowledge client's requests.
Follow standard operating procedures for various topics, systems, and contact channels.
Document all of your contacts in a database.
Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
To be a successful Mortgage ServicingCustomerServiceRepresentative, you will possess:
The capability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and utilize search tools to provide information to our clients.
Excellent time management skills and dependability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
Please Note: While the position is designated as 100% remote, applicants located within a reasonable commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN (typically 45-60 minutes each way) will be expected to work onsite.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage servicing work history (e.g. loan servicing specialist, loss mitigation specialist).
Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience or telephone customerservice experience.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation.
Ability to work an 8-hour shift (including a 30-minute lunch break), Monday - Friday, based on business needs.
Desired Qualifications:
FHA knowledge/experience.
Contact Center experience (Omnichannel).

The Opportunity

Coordinate relationship with CustomerService department in Amsterdam
Assist with Billing and Reimbursement inquiries.

Responsible for monitoring and resolving deficiencies within 2 working days.
Ensure that all block requests are complete on a daily basis and escalate any delayed requests to lead and/or department Manager.
Review Therapak (THP) orders on a daily basis and ensure all client supply orders are processed and shipped out timely.
Participate in the "Meet and greet" and "Ride Along" program with Oncology Sales Specialists (OSS) when applicable.
Tracking and monitoring of samples from pick-up to report delivery within the assigned territory.
Responsible for timely retrieval of patient sample block requests from clients and OSS.
Establish and maintain excellent communication with OSS's in your assigned territory and ensure OSSs' are informed of any potential client issues that may be encountered in a timely fashion.
Coordinate with the OSS in your assigned territory a formal introduction to a new client within one week of first sample reported and establish relations with client.

Comply with all statutes and regulations relative to the maintenance of clinical standards in the Commonwealth, e.g., mandated reporting and duty to warn.
Complete field observations during home and telehealth sessions and/or meetings with collaterals, etc. when clinically or administratively needed.
Will provide a level of clinically expertise and guidance too all supervisees and ensure that ideal practice standards are observed.
Obtain and maintain current certifications and licensures commensurate with program policies and procedures. Ensure that all certificates are current and provide required documentation to the Agency.

Assist brokers with quoting requests, benefit summaries, enrollment materials, and onboarding documentation.
Provide clear guidance on medical, dental, vision, GAP, and ancillary benefits.
Group Account Management:
Support new group onboarding, including application review, census validation, and carrier submissions.
Assist with open enrollment meetings, renewal reviews, and plan comparison tools.
Maintain accurate group records, policy details, and service notes.
Track renewals, missing documents, billing issues, and enrollment updates.
Carrier & Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with carriers regarding applications, eligibility, billing discrepancies, and service issues.
Facilitate resolution of escalated member and employer concerns.
Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and timelines.
Administrative & Operational Tasks:
Prepare service emails, renewal notices, spreadsheets, and standardized documents for agencies and employers.
Maintain CRM activity logs, follow-up tasks, and documentation.
Assist the Group Sales Director in tracking KPI metrics and service SLAs
Requirements:

Business development experience
5-10 years of experience in health insurance, group benefits, or employee benefits
administration (preferred).
Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, GAP, and ancillary products.
Strong communication skills-professional, clear, and customer focused.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.

Salary range: $55-$75k + Commission
Schedule: 9-5 with occasional weekend events. Hybrid/remote possible after 90 days.
