Promote operational excellence, clinical quality, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of 8 years of project or program management experience, including: 5 years in nursing leadership or supervisory roles. 3 years in call center or virtual triage operations. Clinical supervision and quality assurance experience. Demonstrated expertise in: Program or contract management, including supporting senior leadership, making operational decisions, and ensuring mission objectives are met. Leadership and oversight of multidisciplinary teams (e.g., nursing, call center, QA) to deliver consistent, high-quality services. Supporting clinical and quality assurance operations, monitoring telehealth or clinical program activities, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
