This role ensures operational continuity and reliability by aligning IT infrastructure with the underlying facility systems. While not responsible for performing electrical or mechanical trade work, the engineer must understand electrical distribution, cooling, and plumbing systems well enough to interpret diagrams and engage effectively with facilities and vendor partners.
