The pro of working with Leidos is their flexibility with work hours. As long as you do you work they're extremely accommodating with working with you when you have appointments and allowing you to make up hours.
The con of working with Leidos is there is very limited promotion potential. While there are monetary increases annually, there are very limited advancement opportunities.
My favorite Perk with Leidos is the personal time bank. This option allows you to receive extra hours to make 40 hours in the first week of a two week pay period and then make them up in the second week of that two week pay period as long as you accumulate 80 hours. You can also work extra hours in the first week of the pay period if you know you're going to miss some hours in the second week of the pay period.
Very positive atmosphere and opportunities for growth.
Not truly salaried worker. The nickel and diming of your hours puts billable hours a priority over quality of work, but that’s more than just a Leidos problem.
Getting extra PTO for not needing medical benefits.
The projects they work on are challenging and interesting.
I have worked for 12 companies over my career, and Leidos is by far the most admin focused and HR driven company I've ever seen.
completion bonus
The quality of work is outstanding. The projects are very interesting.
Promotions are few and far between
The health insurance and the retirement benefits.
Great Staff.
I love working here but looking for better opportunity related to my field.
Educational opportunities.

Too many to list.
They just want warm bodies, pay is garabage. The only way to get promoted is to go out drinking with the managers. Horrible place with a toxic culture.

Lack of support for innovative IRAD

Great benefits, friendly and helpful management.
