A Senior Estimator is a management position responsible for a team of estimators. This position is responsible for the scheduling of their team, the development and growth of each team member, and the quality of the work the team produces. A Senior Estimator reviews and approves the work performed by the team. This position has the authority to send proposals and change estimates at an established threshold, taking complete responsibility for them. A Senior Estimator may also, at times, serve as a sales lead, perform quantity take-offs and proposal assembly as needed; however, their primary focus is the team and quality proposals produced by the team.

Lead, schedule, and develop direct reports
Review work performed by the team to maintain estimate accuracy and proposal quality
Serve as and assign team โChampionsโ over an assigned project or topic acting as the subject matter expert

QUALIFICATIONS
Has well-rounded knowledge of LeJeune Steel estimating practices, financial goals, and company metrics in order to review, approve, and take responsibility for their teams' estimating activities
Has a general understanding of the processes required to engineer, detail, fabricate, deliver, and erect a structural steel building and can assess inherent project risk and opportunity with this knowledge
Structural Steel Project Management experience is a plus
Comfortable leading others and having direct reports
Solid written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

This role can be based out of our Minneapolis, Duluth or Milwaukee offices. The base pay range is $100,000-$140,000 a year depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A Brief Overview
The CDL Driver II is responsible for the safe, efficient transportation of materials to various job sites and other locations. Assist in operating presses, including tasks such as make-ready, perforation cuts, mounting plates, and paper changes, ensuring that the product meets job specifications and quality standards.
Ensure paper used meets specifications and prepare paper splices for continual press operations.
Visually inspect press impressions to ensure quality meets job specifications and client requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating presses, cleaning, and inspecting various components.
Accurately report paper usage by recording relevant data.

Possesses basic math skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrates effective communication skills, both oral and written.

The Business Central ERP Specialist leads the configuration, optimization, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. In addition, this role leads and oversees data analytics to produce the data sets required to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service functions.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support business processes and reporting needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.
Manage integrations between Business Central and third-party applications (e.g., CRM, EDI, payroll, warehouse systems).
Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure adoption and data accuracy.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Microsoft support or external vendors as needed.
Lead or support ERP-related projects, including upgrades, module rollouts, and process automation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and security protocols.
Works closely with internal business units to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
Develops the data standards and deploys automation tools to obtain and process data from different sources.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or related field preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
3+ years of experience mining data as a data analyst or in a similar role.
Experience with a variety of reporting tools.
Experience with reporting and data visualization.
Strong understanding of ERP workflows in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI) and SQL preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
Ability to gather, analyze and accurately interpret detailed information.
Proficient in MS Office Products, proficient skill level in Excel desired.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
