Mr. Sagalow is the Co-Founder and Chief Insurance Officer of Assurely, an insurtech MGA and broker providing embedded insurance as a service as well as Founder & CEO of Innovation Insurance Group, LLC.(IIG). Founded in 2012, IIG is a premier insurance consulting firm providing expert witness, product development and InsurTech Consulting. Mr. Sagalow is a 38 year insurance veteran with prior senior roles at AIG (25 yrs) as Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Chief Innovation Officer of various divisions. Following AIG, Mr. Sagalow was Chief Innovation Officer at Zurich NA and the Tower Group.Immediately prior to returning to IIG full time in July 2017, Mr. Sagalow was a founding member and Chief Insurance Officer of the leading InsurTech insurer Lemonade, Inc. He is the author of the book "The Making of Lemonade." Mr. Sagalow retired from the board of Lemonade Insurance Company in August 2019.In the expert witness field, Mr. Sagalow has been retained over 94 times including testifying on 30+ occasions (as of Sept 2020) by over 50 law firms in various insurance disputes, on behalf of both the policyholder and the insurance carrier. In the InsurTech sector, in addition to being a founding member of Lemonade, Mr. Sagalow is the Co-Founder and Chief Insurance Officer of Assurely, an InsurTech MGA/Broker, a Partner in Profound Specialty and an Senior Advisor in several Insurtechs including Evertas. He is on the Board of Advisors for Metabiota and Board Member of Relm Insurance.In product development, Mr. Sagalow's is credited with being instrumental in the creation of number new insurance products during his career including cyber insurance and the modern form of D&O insurance.Mr. Sagalow is an expert in many types of insurance including D&O/E&O insurance and cyber insurance . He is a frequent speaker and publisher in insurance matters, including InsurTech.Mr. Sagalow is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and holds a L.L.M degree from New York University Law School. In addition to being a New York licensed attorney Mr. Sagalow is licensed as an insurance broker in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Tim Bixby is a Chief Financial Officer at Lemonade. He has worked as President/CFO/Secretary at LIVEPERSON INC; Associate Dir:Business Dev at UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP INTERN; and CFO/Treasurer at SHUTTERSTOCK, INC.. Tim attended DARTMOUTH COLLEGE between 1983 and 1987 and Harvard University.

John Peters is a Chief Insurance Officer at Lemonade and is based in Greater Boston Area. He has worked as Partner at McKinsey & Company, Actuary at Liberty Mutual Agency Corp, and Consultant at Towers Watson. John works or has worked as Head:North America at McKinsey & Company. He studied at Bowdoin College between 1989 and 1993 and Deerfield Academy between 1985 and 1989.

Jorge Espinel is Head of Global Business Development at Spotify. Prior to Spotify, Jorge was EVP, Strategy & Corporate Development of 21st Century Fox’s Digital Media Group working on overthe-top video initiatives such as Hulu, partnerships with the leading digital companies, and overseeing digital investments such as Roku, Photobucket and Rubicon Project. He joined from Velocity Interactive Group(recently renamed Fuse Capital), a leading digital media investment firm in New York City. Previously, Jorge was head of AOL’s Corporate Strategy and M&A driving corporate development activities, crafting business strategies, managing AOL’s key strategic relationships, and leading the M&A transactions such as Third Screen Media, Tacoda, Adtech, Yeda and Quigo. Jorge worked early in his career at Booz Allen & Hamilton’s premier media and entertainment practice. He specialized on cable & broadcasting, magazine publishing and digital media. During his tenure, he advised a broad range of the leading media companies, including Viacom, NBC, EMI, Universal, Hearst Magazines, Bertelsmann Jorge earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and a BA in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. Published Work: Jorge was a key partner to author, Michael Wolf, in publishing the book, The Entertainment Economy: How Mega-Media Forces are Transforming Our Lives.
