Qualifications and Experience: * High School diploma or GED is mandatory. * Thorough understanding of DOD aircraft maintenance processes preferred. * Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data). * Must speak, read, write, and understand English. * Obtain/maintain security clearance, DOD CAC privileges, and Special Access Badge requirements. * Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends as required. * Current valid U.S. Driver's License. * Ability to travel * Must be willing and able to deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous and professional manner. * Must be able to meet any Government/Company licensing/qualification requirements for the position. * Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift as required to support maintenance/flight schedule. * Must be able to work flexible schedule as required. * Able to travel in support of detachment operations as required. * Must be able to climb ladders, raised platforms, and aircraft. * Must be able to use hand and power tools. * Must have dexterity to handle small parts. Job Description The Site Attendant plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients. This position is responsible for enforcing facility rules, assisting with client needs, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the site. Duties include regular sanitation of high-touch areas, general cleaning of the facility, and following health and safety protocols. The Site Attendant also supports client intakes and discharges, performs routine room checks, and responds to immediate client or facility concerns. By maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care, the Site Attendant helps promote the health, safety, and well-being of all residents. The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for $1.00 swing shift differential and $2.00 graveyard shift differential. The schedule for this role is 7:00am to 3:30pm, Friday - Tuesday. Responsibilities Client Care & Support Assist with client intakes and outtakes by preparing client bed area and ensuring bedding and surrounding areas are clean and ready prior to client arrival. Enforce client site rules and policies during admission and discharge. Conduct routine wellness checks and facility walk-throughs (minimum of every 2 hours) to monitor client safety, behavior, and overall welfare. Intervene using de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques as necessary.
