    Ellen R. Alemany is chairwoman and chief executive officer of CIT Group and chairwoman and CEO of CIT Bank, N.A., the company’s bank subsidiary.     Suku Radia is chief executive officer and president of Bankers Trust, Iowa’s largest independent bank. He previously served as the chief financial officer of Meredith Corporation (a NYSE company) and as managing partner of KPMG’s Des Moines, Iowa, office. Radia was elected to the Nationwide board in 2014. He has been very active in the Des Moines community, serving on the boards of United Way of Central Iowa, the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines, Drake University, Mercy Medical Center, the Des Moines Art Center, Bravo (arts and cultural alliance for Central Iowa), the Greater Des Moines Partnership and the Greater Des Moines Committee, among others. Radia has received numerous awards, including United Way’s Tocqueville Society award and Iowa State University’s Distinguished Alumni award. Radia also was a finalist for the Iowa Star award. He was inducted into the Iowa Business Hall of Fame in 2010.
