Mr. Green is the Chairman and co-founder of LendingOne. A seasoned businessman with years of experience and accomplishments, Mr. Green spent 25 years growing his company Wilmar Industries into one of the largest distributors of plumbing, hardware, and electrical products in the United States. In 1996, he completed the IPO of Wilmar Industries (NASDAQ: WLMR) and it is now a $1.8 Billion company owned by the HomeDepot. Mr. Green recently published, All In: 101 Real-Life Business Lessons for Emerging Entrepreneurs, a #1 New Release in Leadership Training.

Starting in 2003, Mr. Green founded the first of the many Crestar Group of Companies, focusing on equity investments in private businesses, multi-state tax liens, and the management, foreclosure, and renovation of over 450 sales and rental homes. In addition to his many company achievements, Mr. Green has served on 12 corporate boards and is the Financier and Chairman of The Green Family Charitable Foundation for children’s charities.

Mr. Neisser is the CEO and Co-Founder of LendingOne. He has scaled the platform into one of the largest and fastest-growing private lenders in the country and has worked across all facets of the firm. Mr. Neisser has focused his career on real estate and finance. He served as the Principal at a regional commercial real estate firm that handled office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and land. Mr. Neisser also gained valuable experience in residential real estate and land development throughout his career. Mr. Neisser brings to LendingOne years of knowledge in technology and finance and has coupled this with his range of experiences in the real estate market from owning, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Neisser also is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, Urban Land Institute, Turnaround Management Association, Columbia Real Estate Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and with honors from Columbia Business School with an MBA.

Johnny Pannell is a Vice President of Sales, Chief Loan Advisor at LendingOne and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. He attended Texas Tech University between 1984 and 1988 and Colorado State University between 1983 and 1984.
