Must have a valid state driver's license in order to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.

Job Description
The Maintenance II position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Roofing: Cleaning, inspection, and leak repairs.
Gutters: Cleaning and repairing leaks or damage.
Lawn Sprinkler System: Testing, head, timer, setting, and repair.

Qualifications
