Your Responsibilities on the Team * Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy. * Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. * Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics. * Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records. * Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. * Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes. * Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This is primarily an active position, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver's license in order to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment.
