At Lennox International, we recognize that being a good corporate citizen takes more than a pledge on paper. It takes visible action in the community and significant financial support. Through a combination of corporate contributions and employee volunteer activities, LII goes to great lengths to bring positive change to the communities where we live and work. Corporate Giving LII’s corporate giving program is concentrated on five general areas: Education, Youth Development, the Environment, Health and Human Services, and the Arts. Our U.S. based contributions support a wide range of organizations such as the United Way, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Special Olympics. In total, we donate to more than 100 not-for-profit organizations every year, helping each one make the world a better place in its own inspiring way. Matching Gift Program In addition to our planned corporate contributions, we also match the donations employees make to their favorite charities, doubling the impact of their generosity. Volunteerism LII employees aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to help their neighbors. We engage in various volunteer projects each year to assist less fortunate families and brighten our surrounding communities. We partner regularly with Habitat for Humanity to build affordable homes. We organize holiday gift drives for needy children. We donate time, food, clothes, and money to fight poverty. And we contribute hundreds of volunteer hours to other worthy causes around the globe.
