The Business Systems Analyst Intern will support a cross-functional team responsible for creating and maintaining the interface used to order Lennox Commercial HVAC units. This highly collaborative role involves data analysis, robust product testing, documentation, and process improvement. Interns will gain exposure to product knowledge, system configuration, and business requirements while supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs) and product updates. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.

What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50 - $25/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $144,000-$189,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
