National Account Services (NAS), wholly owned by Lennox International, a 100+ year old company and a world leader in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. What Drives Success
Leads, supports, and coaches Branch Managers within a region to ensure consistency of complying with policies, procedures, and processes as well as achieving established performance goals. Area Manager is also ultimately responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the region. Area Manager is a role model and leader who must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage resources wisely in order to achieve maximum results with integrity and a high level of professionalism.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supports, coaches, and mentors Branch Managers to ensure overall success
Area Evaluations: Meets with each Branch Manager monthly. Visits branches monthly, reviews area operations to ensure the proper implementation of policies, procedures, and processes consistent with business model
Safety: Reviews area safety records monthly to ensure branches are actively implementing best safety practices and are following all prescribed policies, procedures, and processes
Financial: Reviews each branch's financial performance monthly and defines the best course of action to achieve area budget and profitability goals.
Recruitment: Conducts monthly review of area staffing status to ensure the appropriate recruitment activities, HR practices, and actions to meet growth goals. Ensures the Branch Managers in the region have the proper tools and support to recruit, on-board and develop employees
Customer: Reviews, develops, and maintains customer alignment structure within the region to ensure effective and efficient customer engagement
Training: Defines and develops training goals within the region to ensure all personnel are equipped and ready to meet business requirements. Trains Branch Managers to organize effectively and to develop strategies and goals to meet business objectives. Constantly monitors Branch Managers' leadership ability and the ability to follow through on a chosen path or course of action
Communication: Effectively communicates business strategies and goals to meet objectives
Drives profitability and success throughout the Area
What We Are Looking For
Minimum five years supervisory experience
Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively
Associate's (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school or related experience
Successful track record in the areas of profitability, cost control, and business growth
HVAC industry preferred; Service, Construction management a plus
Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
NATE certification, CMS certification a plus
Travel Requirement of 85%
What We Offer
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent 10 years of staff level leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Operations Management and/or Lean Management.

Significant experience in implementation of Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations.

The CNC Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the CNC Department. A CNC Manager will lead activities of the CNC department including multiple machines and machine types; supervisors; and all hourly employees, in a dynamic and growing unit of the business.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS:
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in the CNC Machining Industry and five (5) years supervisory experience in associated manufacturing.

AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Executes policies, plans, and procedures for the CNC Dept, including but not limited to the areas of staffing, scheduling, manufacturing operations, plant safety, and product quality.
Manages staff selection, performance, development, and training processes to ensure Team competencies and capabilities to achieve business goals and expectations.
Develop and implement KPIs/metrics to measure and track performance concerning production, quality, and on-time delivery.
Identify and implement process improvement activities, including development, justification, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate cost control and cost reduction initiatives within responsible functions
Implements and develops manufacturing processes and departmental SOPs while adhering to all company manufacturing standards/methods and policies, including safety-related initiatives.
Optimize production planning to ensure machines are fully scheduled and utilized.
Follow a βsafety, quality, productionβ mindset - ensuring all activities are safe, all products produced are of 1st quality, and production is optimized.
Lead efforts to implement 6S in the area.
Liaison between CNC Dept and all other depts, including quality, sales, painting, and shipping, to ensure complete cooperation and coordination.
Implementation of incentive programs related to production and quality targets.
Lead and develop supervisors and machinists to enhance success in all aspects of the operation.
Lead and establish a department/work environment based on mutual respect, safety, accountability, and cleanliness.
Ensure that commitments are met to meet the needs of customers.
Should possess recognizable and demonstrable strategic leadership skills.
Must have a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
Detect, report, problem-solve, and implement solutions to faulty machine operations, defective material, equipment, drawing discrepancies, performance, and other unusual conditions.
Provide direction, coaching, development, and support to CNC Dept employees.

Ability to climb stairs and/or ladders numerous times during shift
Ability to stand and walk up to 12 hours per day

Job Summary:
In an assigned district, the District Manager works with the National Field Team and National Account Management Teams to manage accounts, ensure continued business, and increase penetration of key accounts. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing provider and technician base. You will perform regular inspections and visits to customers in support of maintenance contracts, as well as creating opportunities for additional business. Work in coordination with Regional Manager to maintain and win new business in outlying areas at target revenue goals while maintaining high quality services. The District Manager supports all aspects of the management process to ensure consistent achievement of short and long-term goals in the mission statement based on our core values. This position has budgetary responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with the Regional Manager and National Account Management Teams to establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district.
Make regular visits to corporate customers in support of maintenance contracts and perform site inspection property audits, with an eye toward the opportunity to add on services.
Work to build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in an assigned district.
Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base, ensuring quality delivery of services.
Must respond with a sense of urgency to escalations and customer requests.
Manage time to accomplish set KPIs, including an assigned weekly goal of scheduled visits as well as meeting and exceeding the incremental revenue expectations.
Provide key market information and contribute to DMG's long and short-term strategies.
Own RFP initiatives while negotiating with providers to secure target financial goals.
Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget.
What You Need:
Bachelors degree preferred and/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Embrace technology - experience using smart applications like an iPad or iPhone is a plus. Preferred experience with CRM software.
Valid Driver's License; must provide own vehicle.

Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
