What Drives Success
As a Lennox Store Manager, you will provide leadership to a team of committed customerservice associates and positively impact the financial performance and operational excellence of your Lennox store. You will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure annual revenue exceeds the designated threshold level.
You will be trusted to manage daily store operations and model excellent customerservice with direct involvement in day-to-day service channels, as appropriate. We will depend on you to provide clear direction to team members by effectively communicating initiatives, priorities, and company strategy.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Recruit, hire, train and develop the inside sales team and warehouse staff with a focus on providing excellent customerservice and solid selling skills.
Promote the sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to the dealer network, contractors, and other relevant business segments.
Own the business in the local market and deliver results on established sales, growth, and profitability goals by partnering with Sales to pursue new sales opportunities.
Maintain a customer-ready, professionally merchandised showroom, warehouse, building and grounds.
Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
Prioritize and promote an ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety program.
Manage and tailor inventory to the needs of the local market.
Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counting and general operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Ability to lead others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Expert knowledge of HVAC systems strongly preferred Effective at developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers, dealers, sales, and operations partners Strong business acumen to position the store within the market in terms of promotions and customer awareness through the effective use of promotions, customer contacts, outbound calls, customer appreciation events, etc.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $68,800 - $90,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

The Plant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations in River Falls, WI. The Plant Manager will successfully lead and direct the local operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance and quality teams. Additionally, the Plant Manager will partner with the business to achieve both short term and long term financial operating goals while aligning with Trelleborg's Core Values.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Develops a strategic manufacturing/capability plan to meet the market needs and organization's overall business plan and agreed objectives of sales, profit, cash, on time delivery, quality and other performance targets.
Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Ensure facility goals are established and driven to support Corporate Goals and Objectives
Motivates team to generate sales revenue and profits to meet or exceed budget expectations
Collaborates with Quality team to ensure SOPs are followed, corrective actions are implemented and repeated occurrences are resolved timely
Partner with Human Resources to determine talent needs, improve employee engagement, performance management and overall alignment to the business unit's organizational structure
Works with direct reports to communicate and update goals and/or metrics, illustrating objective evidence of improvement
Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
Set, and monitor the performance of the plant against, standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management.
Provides monthly reports to communicate the financial, KPI and overall management performance
Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant's production capabilities.
Develop and implement a variety of operating policies and procedures (in conjunction with corporate subject matter experts) to ensure that the plant meets it current and future production targets and quality standards.
Drives key metrics regarding quality and continuous improvement
Ensures CapEx projects are completed on time and in budget
Performs process audits to monitor procedure and policy conformance
Collaborates across functional areas to implement needed improvements (tools, equipment, procedures, forms, training materials, etc.)
Actively promotes/builds a culture of continuous improvement
Establish and champion a 5s protocol for the site
Champion and help drive a top safety culture and clean working environment for all employees, achievement of all environmental and health and safety requirements.
Education and Experience:
4-year degree in Engineering, Operations Management or any related field
8 years of operations experience
Injection Molding experience preferred
5 years experience leading a team
Previous P&L responsibilities
Experience with Lean Sigma methodologies

Position Summary
RESCO is seeking a Plant Manager based in Del Rio, Texas, to lead daily operations across the border at our Acuña, Mexico facility. This role is responsible for all production-related activities-including engineering, planning, materials, warehouse, and direct labor-ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality, defect-free products. The Plant Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership in a bi-cultural maquiladora environment, with full accountability for safety, quality, cost, and people performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all production and support activities.
Build and develop a strong supervisory and support team.
Ensure staffing meets production demands with trained direct labor.
Direct engineering and planning teams for clear work instructions and accurate schedules.
Oversee warehouse operations to support production effectively.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
Manage proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
Partner with Sales, Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Serve as senior site representative for customer interactions, audits, and reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Production Management, or related field.
10+ years in a maquiladora or similar manufacturing operation, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cable and electro-mechanical assembly manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage complex, labor-intensive operations with full accountability.
Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
Bi-cultural leadership skills to bridge U.S. business expectations and Mexican manufacturing culture.
Authorized to work in Mexico and able to travel freely within the U.S.
Strong communication, leadership, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Managerial:
Implements a zero-incident culture with a focus on elimination of incidents and hazards and preventing any damage to the environment
Performs all tasks in a safe and professional manner in conformance with regulations, terminal rules, quality standards and company policies
Maintains proficient communication with Health & Safety, Environment, Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics and Sales departments
Manages the P&L to meet regional and corporate financial goals
Maintains capital assets and manages capital improvements and construction projects associated with plant upgrades or new installations

Facilitation and development of customer relations and service using a quantitative, quality-based approach
Stays abreast of changes in working conditions or new technology that could increase the safety and efficiency of the operations

Operational:
Responsible for all aspects of inventory management activity for the site
Manages plant costs and assets, including maintenance, repair, and capital for all equipment

Implements and manages plant security, environmental testing, corrective action, and permits
Performs plant inspections and manage project quality control
Manages plant truck distribution and logistics
Reports and investigates accidents or unsafe conditions at plant
Enforces company policies and procedures
Manage all contracts associated with plant including but not limited to rail carriers, land leases, trans loaders (sub-contractors), truck companies, and equipment
Implements and maintains daily, weekly, and yearly reports and summaries on production, inventory and plant equipment / asset maintenance

Coordinates and interacts with government agencies, including state, counties, and local personnel
Skills and Expertise
Industry experience required ideally from agriculture, bulk liquids, chemicals, fertilizers, terminal operations or food manufacturing
Bachelor's degree - highly preferred
Experience with the broad, multi-mode bulk liquid handling including truckload, shipping and rail
General engineering knowledge; steam boilers, compressors, loading racks, product blenders and automation systems
Strong computer skills and familiarity with truck, bulk and inventory programs, and MS windows applications and plant automation software
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and techniques used in planning, budgeting, reporting, and staffing
