What Drives Success
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the HVAC industry.
Analyze sales data, forecast future sales trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to identify sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For
Associates degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record of success in HVAC sales, with a minimum of five years of experience in a sales management role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $80,000 to $110,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an Commission Opportunity in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

What Drives Success
This specialist is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction. The specialist may also be asked to respond to e-mail inquiries. While providing outstanding customer service is the primary function, the person in this position may have the opportunity to sell or promote products and services.

Process new orders based on customer requests.
Track open orders to ensure completeness in a prompt manner.

IS Support Analyst 2
Position Summary
This position is key to enabling the delivery of high-quality services to end users of IT systems worldwide. This role requires the ability to work independently under organizational guidelines and defined service level agreements (SLA) to ensure overall service levels are maintained and continually improved. The Product Specialist will lead their focus area (i.e., RNC, ductless, E-Premium or VRV products) and serve as the individual to manage and coordinate engagement and accomplishment of the division sales objectives with Company Owned Distribution (COD) & Distributor Channel Partners. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REP.
The Customer Account Rep (CAR) is the first point of contact for many of Parker's customers. They deliver world-class service and support to the business by responding to customer enquiries, updating the business systems, prepare and deliver quotations, and joining with the planning team to accurately forecast demand. By utilizing the Parker High Performance System, the CAR will serve as the primary interface responsible for ensuring the most efficient and positive relationship with ParkerParker's customers, while enabling level-loading of production and expeditious resolution of customer assertions. The role will support the teams Senior Customer Account Representatives and report into the Manager, Customer Accounts for a specified product group.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receives, reviews, and enters purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
* Raise quotes and customer documentation, prioritizing workload to ensure the customer receives an excellent service at all times.
* Respond to various customer emails and phone calls to manage their orders and enquiries; the Customer Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact by customers' buyers and supply chain personnel.
* Coordinate site visits to Parker's facilities and set-up customer meetings as required.
* Refer any pricing queries to the Senior Customer Account Representative and/or the Commercial functions to ensure accurate pricing is applied.
* Track and reconcile internal and external customer score cards, which includes verification of the metrics by which Parker is judged.
* Gathers information from Finance, Procurement, Demand Planning and Manufacturing departments in order to produce accurate costing sheets.
* Use SAP product recognition to identify runner/repeater parts and what can be sold to the customer, as well as checking lead times. For any stranger/alien parts raise the relevant enquiry process.
* Upon receipt of orders for "out-of-production" products, gather the information necessary to prepare a quotation, which includes pricing, production lead time and Parker terms and conditions.
* Deliver quotations to customers and coordinate with various functional leaders to ensure questions are answered until the order is received or the opportunity is closed as lost.
* Monitor and actively manage customer portals to ensure prices, quantities, lead times and contract terms are acceptable in accordance with authority delegated by appropriate functional leaders (i.e., Finance, Commercial, and Operations).
* Utilize business systems, including Salesforce/CRM, portal management and work flow tools, to expedite the process of receiving, reviewing, responding and booking orders.
* Works to resolve customer complaints, which may include warranty, delivery, or quantity disputes, at the lowest level in the most beneficial manner for Parker by collaborating with other functions and seeking appropriate management approval.
* Attend and occasionally participate in Daily Layered Accountability meetings and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Planning, and Procurement personnel to communicate changes to demand, assist with production forecasting and convey information to and from customers.
* Other tasks as assigned, which will typically include supporting the Senior Customer Account Representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree is required or at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Under limited/minimal supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer II is an experienced role that is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment typically in a single manufacturing facility. Supports the manufacture and assembly of new and existing Parker products. Identifies improved manufacturing techniques for testing new systems and methods for efficiency, and planning assembly layouts to optimize production, quality, cost, and safety. May be responsible for developing and deploying capital projects.
Essential Functions:
* Manufacturing Process Flow - Plans and designs basic manufacturing processes to improve the manufacture and assembly of new and existing products. Determines equipment and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product and quality specifications.
* Process Improvement - Develops and implements process improvement projects that focus on manufacturing efficiency, material yield, safety, and cost. May lead small teams in developing and implementing process improvement efforts.
* Engineering Design Support - Provides guidance to engineering leadership regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
* Regulatory Compliance - Ensures more complex processes and procedures comply with regulations. Applies frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
* Remediation - Investigates and suggests corrective action to ensure product quality, and to resolve quality issues.
* Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering field with 2-5 years of experience
* Proficient/Working knowledge and ability to apply concepts of engineering for one solution line
* Ability to apply a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving of moderate to difficult scope and complexity
* Effectively apply continuous improvement methods to quality and manufacturing functions (e.g. pull systems, process mapping, JIT)
* Proficient/Working knowledge of data structures and database programming
* Ability to work effectively with CAD/CAM systems or other computer aided manufacturing systems, in addition to standard business application software and/ or specialized data analysis tools

You will be trusted to manage daily store operations and model excellent customer service with direct involvement in day-to-day service channels, as appropriate. Own the business in the local market and deliver results on established sales, growth, and profitability goals by partnering with Sales to pursue new sales opportunities.
Maintain a customer-ready, professionally merchandised showroom, warehouse, building and grounds.
Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
Prioritize and promote an ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety program.
Manage and tailor inventory to the needs of the local market.
Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counting and general operational excellence.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Ability to lead others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $67,200-$88,200 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

What Drives Success
This position is an integral part of the NAS General Ledger (GL) Team. The GL Team is responsible for carrying out the company's financial close, ensuring the accuracy of general ledger accounts, administering sales and other taxes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and leading and participating in process improvement activities.
