What Drives Success
Under limited supervision, supports regional operations through onsite training, quality inspections and technical support. Periodically on call. The position combines technical and leadership skills to accomplish objectives.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Solve technical problems beyond normal operations capabilities. Initiate, analyze, recommend and communicate HVAC facility solutions to customers and support staff.
* Inspect and oversee workmanship of NAS technicians and serve as Quality Assurance Liaison for LNAS and its customers
* Train NAS Technicians to ensure all LNAS overall Quality and Safety process and NAS procedures are in place and followed
* Provide applicable PM and Top 20 repairs training onsite to technicians and field operations for a greater contribution and achievement.
* Contribute to the overall company culture sharing best practices, ethical behavior, and employee development
* Collaborate with assigned FTS and direct supervisor of preventive maintenance and workmanship inspections performed and recommend corrective actions
* Proctor NATE exams by company standards
* Submits any required paperwork in a timely manner.
* Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
* Must become RSES/CM certified within 1 year
* Performs other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* EPA Certification Required, NATE certification strongly preferred
* 10+ years hands on commercial HVAC experience
* Valid Driver's License

What We Offer
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Technicians install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial, rooftop HVAC units. This work is often done independently. As such, Technicians must be able to safely:
Get themselves and necessary tools/equipment onto the rooftop - typically via fixed/extension ladder.
Work at heights
Load and unload tools/equipment from work van
Lifting occasionally up to 75lbs.
Lifting to shoulder and overhead occasionally up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $35,000 - $45,000 annually. Job Summary
The primary function of the returns specialist is to accurately verify, record and transact all incoming product returns, in an expedient, safe and efficient manner. This includes unloading items from carriers, visual inspection of packaging, transact receipts, unpacking and reboxing, verifying and recording incoming material to support customer returns/RMAs and collaborating with the Customer Care team. This position is responsible for all aspects of RMA receiving for the Technical Service group and includes fostering good working relationships with TSG personnel and the Customer Care department to resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies timely, efficiently and accurately.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:50am-3:30pm working out of our Costa Mesa, CA warehouse.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
* Work directly with Customer Care team to address and resolve discrepancies with returned product (missing RMA number, incorrect serial number, different model assigned to the RMA or other issues). Holding weekly follow-ups meetings / discussions with key members of that team to work on continuous improvement and further implement lean methodologies into the role and department.
* Unpack, verify and receive RMA's (return for credit, advance replacement, return for service) for the Technical Services Group based on how they are assigned. Dispose of trash and recyclable materials upon unpacking. This requires having a keen attention to detail to ensure returns are received properly according to the type of return.
* Ensure incoming deliveries are accurately transacted into proper location depending on disposition. Proactively reporting damages or other issues to necessary internal teams to have so they can be resolved in a timely manner.
* Unload carrier trucks on a daily basis.
* Regularly back up department with shipping and packout as needed. Cross train in other areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the business. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required

Job Summary
The Product Data Management (PDM) Manager will lead QSC's enterprise-wide product data strategy, systems, and governance across the full product lifecycle-from concept through production within the Product Development Process (PDP) and through obsolescence, supporting cross-functional alignment and milestone readiness. Compliance & Quality Data Management
* Ensure compliance-required parts and documentation (RoHS, REACH, UL, FCC, ISO) are properly managed, with system-level attributes in place to identify and flag such parts at the item level for traceability and governance.
* Collaborate with Quality team to support SCR, SCAR, and CAR tracking within PLM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Coordinate with cross functional teams to enforce consistent data practices.
* Lead data governance policies to ensure data integrity across all systems.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
* Manage the team of PDM analysts and Agile administrators.
* Define and promote best practices for PDM and product data processes; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
field.
* 7+ years in PDM roles, with 3+ years managing Agile PLM (v10.x or higher).
* Experience with Agile PLM Cloud implementation or transition.
* Strong understanding of Agile modules: Product Collaboration, Product Quality management (PQM) and Change Control management.
* Integration experience with Oracle EBS, ERP systems, and tools such as Jira and other platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex BOMs and product data.
* Experience implementing workflows, security models, and data governance in Agile.
* Working knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001/14001, RoHS,
REACH).
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Job Summary
The R&D Technical Lead, Endpoints serves as the engineering lead of the Endpoints products team. They work closely with other cross-functional members of the group (e.g. Product Management, Program Management, HW Engineering, SW Engineering, Supply Chain, NPI, etc.) to plan and execute the Endpoint product roadmap. The Endpoints team designs audio I/O and control endpoints for the Q-SYS Platform.
