What Drives Success
This distribution associate performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive goods, verify items against the record of shipment and inspect condition.
Gather, verify and pack items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
Record received and shipped items according to established procedures.
Route materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
Complete written and computerized documentation.

What We Are Looking For
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience. Prefer forklift certification.
Knows typical shipping and receiving procedures and can handle some exceptions. Requires basic reading, writing and numerical ability. Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required. Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift. Effective verbal communication skills. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $[20.76] - $[27.25]/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

What Drives Success
This technician performs field activities associated with supporting the installation, maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for commercial customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
Uses experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
Advises manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.

Load and unload tools/equipment from work van
Lifting occasionally up to 75lbs.

What We Offer
Compensation:

The Q SYS Technical Trainer plays a key role in shaping the learning experience for our customers. Reporting to the National Field Training Manager, this position offers the freedom to lead advanced Q SYS live classroom trainings with confidence and creativity. * Deliver content that involves advanced audio DSP concepts, user interface creation, and control programing topics
* In addition to classroom instruction, this role serves as a brand ambassador to perform in-person customer demonstrations in the experience center of new technologies for both in-person and remote participants
* Perform basic maintenance and notify support team of any issues in training room and the experience center's integrated technology

QSC is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineering Technician who is interested in audio and video to work in our Q-SYS division. QSC is one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of networked audio, video, and control systems. Job Summary
The Accounting Senior Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records for QSC and Acuity Intelligent Spaces Division (AIS). This role is responsible for month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries and other analysis and reporting.

Job Summary
The primary function of the returns specialist is to accurately verify, record and transact all incoming product returns, in an expedient, safe and efficient manner. This includes unloading items from carriers, visual inspection of packaging, transact receipts, unpacking and reboxing, verifying and recording incoming material to support customer returns/RMAs and collaborating with the Customer Care team. This position is responsible for all aspects of RMA receiving for the Technical Service group and includes fostering good working relationships with TSG personnel and the Customer Care department to resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies timely, efficiently and accurately.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:50am-3:30pm working out of our Costa Mesa, CA warehouse.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
* Work directly with Customer Care team to address and resolve discrepancies with returned product (missing RMA number, incorrect serial number, different model assigned to the RMA or other issues). Holding weekly follow-ups meetings / discussions with key members of that team to work on continuous improvement and further implement lean methodologies into the role and department.
* Unpack, verify and receive RMA's (return for credit, advance replacement, return for service) for the Technical Services Group based on how they are assigned. Dispose of trash and recyclable materials upon unpacking. This requires having a keen attention to detail to ensure returns are received properly according to the type of return.
* Ensure incoming deliveries are accurately transacted into proper location depending on disposition. Proactively reporting damages or other issues to necessary internal teams to have so they can be resolved in a timely manner.
* Unload carrier trucks on a daily basis.
* Regularly back up department with shipping and packout as needed. Cross train in other areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the business. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer responsible for the design of digital and mixed-signal PCBs for Q-SYS networked audio/video product lines. Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
Carries out engineering assignments concerned with the planning and design of mechanically functioning equipment and processes. * Assists in the preparation and presentation of design reviews, works with vendors to conduct DFM studies, build prototypes, analyze failures, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
* May give directions to junior level engineers, designers and draftspersons.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree (B.S.M.E) from four-year college or university in Mechanical Engineering and 2 to 5 years of experience with design, analysis, and fabrication of mechanical components/systems.
* Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 required.
* Must be a US Citizen.
* Requires strong oral/written communication skills and must be capable of conducting effective oral presentations to customers.
