As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience with direct involvement in day-to-day operations and positively impacting sales goals. What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $42,000 - $56,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.

This manager is responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined southeastern geographic area, possibly in Florida, including the city proper and a 75-mile radius. What We Offer

The compensation range for this role is $ 150,400 to $197,400, comprising 75% base salary and 25% commission, with additional incentives and an uncapped commission structure. Compensation is based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.

What Drives Success
This technician performs field activities associated with supporting the installation, maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for commercial customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
Uses experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.

Technicians install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial, rooftop HVAC units. This work is often done independently. As such, Technicians must be able to safely:

Lifting occasionally up to 75lbs.

What We Offer
Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $39,000 - $77,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are not eligible for a bonus but do earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
Benefits:

* Engineering software administration/support:
* In partnership with the broader organization, participate in all aspects of application support for mechanical engineering applications. As need arises, also lead, or coordinate with other team members on applications and initiatives.
* Coordinate Mechanical CAD coordination with other SPX divisions as appropriate.
* Test, validate, and deploy new releases of engineering software.
* Responsible for MCAD software administration. This includes all MCAD customization or configuration to support business needs, process, best practices and updates.
* Support CAD/PLM rollout initiatives.
* CAD library
* Develop and maintain design standards and best practices for mechanical engineering applications and processes.
* Monitor and consult with users to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
* Act as a gatekeeper/approver for library parts.
* Build, structure, and promote CAD libraries to increase productivity and promote design reuse.
* Lead/coordinate resources to align and populate libraries for SolidWorks.

* Design and develop mechanical components and systems ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
* Own design tasks from concept through testing, and release ensuring requirements and timelines are met throughout the project.
* Create detailed layout, prints, parts specifications, and bill of materials for components and systems.
* Conduct product and component testing in accordance with CUES standards and recognized approval agency requirements and codes, such as UL, ANSI, ISO, and/or CSA.
* Identify potential technical improvements to existing products/processes/services or cost reductions.
