WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This Parts & Supplies Manager will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales and gross profit of Lennox parts & supplies business.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Selects the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Facilitates vendor relationships and aftermarket sales training at the local level Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
Will coach and mentor sales representatives on selling HVAC aftermarket parts and supplies.

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least two years related experience.

Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. (This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems)

Effective at written and verbal communication.
Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We Offer
Compensation: The total compensation range for this position is $97,600-$128,100 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 70% base salary and 30% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent 10 years of staff level leadership experience.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility for the Branch Manager is to lead a commercial pest control branch in a direction consistent with the Sprague mission, culture, and business plan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for training staff to consistently and passionately deliver uncompromising service to all clients. This position requires a passion for leading people and processes to achieve budget goals, drive sales performance, and ensure compliance in the field. The Branch Manager will foster loyalty and retention among both clients and team members, assess the evolving needs of the workforce and marketplace, and implement policy and process changes to support Sprague's long-term growth strategies.
Essential Functions:

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in pest control or a related industry.

Position Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, this includes managing staff, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities
-Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching/mentoring, and doing performance evaluations
-Foster and promote a positive culture within direct report team and collaborating teams

-Act as a guide for all members of the team to ensure the processes, procedures and standards are consistently delivered and adhered to, both at the department and Company level

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
-Ensure that the team regularly participates in and complies with Company safety programs; employees have necessary new hire safety training, and that annual or periodic safety training is completed for all department employees; assist in the development, implementation and enforcement of workplace safety policies and procedures and with investigations of any accidents/incidents occurring in the department.
-Ensure the satisfactory resolution of concerns or issues, intervening in the more complex or sensitive issues with respect to customers, contracts, human resources, or safety
-Manage budgets and allocate resources appropriately
-Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement -Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve operations
-Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and progress towards goals
-Occasionally perform field work to support the team and business needs
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, electrical engineering preferred. MBA highly desired
-Any knowledge or experience in Industrial electrical testing, commissioning, engineering considered an asset, electrical testing and commissioning experience is preferred but not required
-Several years progressively responsible experience with at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Management/Operations Management role with P&L Management
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Results-oriented individual with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and timelines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all types of staff, including laborers, trades, technical, professional, management and senior or executive management.

Responsibilities:

What We Offer

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
