What We Are Looking For Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software. What We Offer Compensation & Work Location This is a remote-based position, with a preference for candidates residing in the posted location or the surrounding region. The total compensation range for this position is $89,000 to $116,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 65% base salary and 35% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for the first six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase. Benefits Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; and 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance. What Drives Success As a National Sales Manager for Advanced Distributor Products, you will coordinate with large multi-region accounts and local sales agencies to expand ADP revenue and market share. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate extensively with end-customers and internal partners to exceed profitability growth targets.
