Job Details
Runs equipment (forklift) safely and efficiently to our standards daily so we have a safe, organized warehouse.
Pre-sorts large miscellaneous items and furniture daily or as needed in accordance with our standards so we can send out the best of the best.
Understands where all product is stored or placed in order to help the team to maintain a clean and well organized warehouse.
Drives a forklift as needed proficiently both in the warehouse and inside, including lifting and lowering pallets to and from upstairs to insure proper safety guidelines and efficient product handling.
Maintains a clean, neat and professional work area daily so the warehouse looks presentable to the company and so as to have a clean work environment.
Maintains tools, supplies and equipment at all times in order to be able to do the job.

Qualifications:
6 months of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to multitask throughout the day required.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, on steep inclines, and move on and off ladders required.

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.

Program Overview
Our Specialized Crisis Services program serves children and adolescents under the age of 18 who are experiencing a crisis- suicidal, homicidal, physical aggression, or psychosis. The program specializes in working with the client, family, and other systemic key participants to assess the risks versus the protective factors to keep the client and others safe. Specialized Crisis Services strives to use the least restrictive environment. The Youth Villages' SCS Program uses a systematic treatment model where interventions are parent focused bringing change through the family, school, community, and peer groups; training staff intensively in conducting assessment, crisis management, in-home treatment, and respite care.

Lead your campus groups to participate in yearly alignments
Assist the Global Groups Pastor in the implementation of the vision, values and goals for the ministry of FPC and the Groups Ministry
Cultivate relationships with local mission partners and schools. Lead groups and volunteers in serving with local shareholders
Lead by example by participating in and/or leading small groups
Attend and participate in global and campus specific meetings, as required
Perform all other duties assigned by the Global Groups Pastor and Campus Pastor
Perform Pastor on call duties throughout the year as scheduled, including but not limited to:
Officiating weddings
Facilitating funerals
Counseling people in crisis
Praying for people who call the church
Assist Campus Pastor with all duties necessary in running the campus including baptisms, oversight of missions spot, facilitation of Next Steps classes, coordination/oversight of counselors, facilities issues and closing service as needed
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
This position is a full-time, exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or certificate of ministry
3+ years of ministry experience in a church environment
Experience leading a group of volunteers
Experience leading, growing, and multiplying groups
Team player
Effective communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Flexible and adaptable
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with non-profit organizations
Experience in working with a growing or decentralized organization
