Description and Requirements
First Shift
Warehouse:
* Train, supervise, and coordinate warehouse staff and activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
* Manage the receiving, inspection, storing, and shipping of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and deliveries.
Inventory Management:
* Drive 3PL to Oversee accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories, manage stock levels, and handle discrepancies.
Safety and Compliance:
* Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
Process Improvement:
* Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Communication and Collaboration:
* Liaise with other departments (e.g., procurement, transportation) to align operations with broader company goals and ensure smooth workflows.
Documentation:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse documentation, such as manifests, stock cards, and inventory reports.
Communication:
* Close communication with internal customers to prioritize the shipments and work with manufacturing to correct send the material to the lines
Basic Qualifications
* 5 + years of experience in warehouse operations
* 3+ years of management experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Familiarity with inventory management tools and shipping/receiving software.
* Strong team management and coaching abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operation

Position Summary
The Security Policy & Standards Coordinator plays a key supporting role in enabling the operational success of Lenovo's Governance & Assurance function. Key Responsibilities

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.

As a Power & Cooling (PNC) Service Engineer on Lenovo's Hybrid Cloud Services team, you'll oversee water treatment and quality compliance for mission-critical secondary cooling water systems that keep high-performance servers running at peak efficiency. You'll bring your HVAC expertise to a new environment, learn the latest Water Cooling technologies, and become a key player in ensuring data centers run reliably, efficiently, and safely.
This is a North America-based role, part of Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG). Full training will be provided for the right candidate who has the drive to learn and grow in this exciting field. In this role, you will work at our customer site up to 50% of the time. Travel to the customer sites will be required.
What You'll Do
* Apply your HVAC water treatment knowledge to monitor and manage chemical treatment of secondary cooling water systems-preventing scale, corrosion, and biological growth.
* Conduct quarterly sampling, field testing, and lab coordination for water quality; interpret results and take corrective action to maintain compliance.
* Maintain proper water chemistry to ensure system longevity, energy efficiency, and environmental safety.
* Perform preventative maintenance activities, including filter replacements, vendor oversight, and operational troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with Lenovo labs, vendors, and customer teams to resolve water quality issues and optimize performance.
* Help develop global procedures, train Lenovo teams, and support clients with water system best practices.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems, water treatment, or cooling systems in commercial/industrial environments.
* Ability to travel 50% of the time to customer sites. This is overnight travel within the United States.
* Familiarity with monitoring, testing, and maintaining water chemistry for cooling systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
* Comfort managing vendors and working with multiple stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm to learn Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) and grow into a specialized role in data center cooling.
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Water Resources.
* Certifications such as Certified Water Technologist, OSHA 30, or similar.
* Familiarity with building management systems and water monitoring technologies.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
