Description and Requirements We are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of internal training programs, including program design, administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement. Your work will directly support Lenovo's talent development strategy and help build a strong leadership pipeline.
