What is a typical day like according to our drivers?
Start the morning with a team huddle and soon you'll be loading up your vehicle and hitting the road. With each stop along your route, you could be delivering that last-minute birthday present, a replacement part someone needs, an order of essential household items and more- we deliver items from ounces in weight up to 50 pounds (we have hand trucks available). When our drivers deliver packages safely and on time, customers smile... and when the customers are happy, everyone wins! When all the packages are delivered for the day, it's back to the station to drop off the vehicle and that about wraps your day up!

General Description
Program Supervision under the direction of Family Resource Program Manager, and direct clinical services to Family Resource Centers (FRC) including Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, including the Child Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment; short term treatment. Provide clinical supervision to Family Partner(s), supervision of FRC clinician (if applicable), and Care Planning to Youth and Families of the Family Resource Centers (FRC).
Essential Job Functions
Complete diagnostic mental health/substance abuse assessment and provide treatment in individual, family and group.
Provide supervision to FRC under the director of the FRC Program Manager and under the direction of the FRC's contractors.
Clinical Supervision of the Family Partner(s).
If applicable, provide supervision to additional Clinicians at FRC.
Provide CANS assessment to each youth referred.
Provide referral services to appropriate services as indicated by the clinical Assessment and CANS
Deliver treatment and assessment on to families and youth at the FRC and in the families' home if indicated
Deliver treatment in sub-contractors facilities and the designated Family Resource Centers
Develop a Care Plan and Family Support Plan for all Children Requiring Assistance (CRA) referred Youth
Maintain client records, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner including required State documents and authorizations
Coordinate treatment components and communicate with all collateral agents and The Contractors for FRC.
Follow policies of the FRC and the Lead Agency administering the FRC RFR.
Provide treatment, if needed, within guidelines established by the Brien Center and the FRC
Follow all policies or the Brien Center and the FRCs
Provide consultation to community agencies on mental health/substance abuse issues upon request
Consult to sub-contractors on treatment planning
Provide Wraparound care planning for all youth and families
Participate in Milieu activities are indicated by the FRC.
Other Responsibilities
Maintain client records, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
Maintain required productivity level
Complete all documentation and reporting to the State as directed by the FRC

Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other clinical concentration required.
Licensure required within 6 months of eligibility; LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and 3 years experience as a clinician preferred.
CANS certification is required within first 2 weeks of employment.
Prior experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
Prior experience in providing individual and group mental health/substance abuse and family counseling.

The Student Advisor partners with students, their families and referring professionals to facilitate our students' path toward independence, as well as to serve as the main facilitator and liaison to all CIP functions within the center. Your Impact:
The Ski Lodge Associate is a part-time (28hrs/week max.), seasonal position based at Notchview Reservation in Windsor, MA. Notchview is the largest property owned by The Trustees and offers over 25 miles of recreational trails. In the winter, Notchview hosts a Community Nordic Skiing program; including groomed ski trails, basic amenities offered at the Budd Visitor Center, ski rentals, and limited public programming partnerships.
The Role:
As a Seasonal Ski Lodge Associate, you are a front-line visitor services position contributing the ski lodge's daily functions. The Ski Lodge Associate will report directly to the Stewardship Team Leader and will be directed on daily tasks and responsibilities by the Lodge Manager. Hours and term of this seasonal position is subject to weather conditions, but the season is likely to run from late November through early March.
This includes but is not limited to: day ticket & membership sales, daily lodge cleaning, managing fires in the wood stove, answering visitor questions regarding Notchview's ski conditions and trails, assisting visitors, and ski/snowshoe rental equipment transactions. The Notchview Ski Center Associate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, a willingness to be flexible, can multi-task, and is enthusiastic about the outdoors while promoting the mission of The Trustees. The Ski Center Associate is also expected to protect visitor safety by explaining and enforcing rules and regulations and assist with emergencies. Hours are dependent on weather conditions.
Specifically, you'll:
Conduct visitor relations and counter sales of tickets, memberships, ski rentals.
Assist visitors with ski/snowshoe rentals.
Operate a computerized point of sale system.
Assist with set-up and daily maintenance of Lodge. Including, but not limited to opening and closing of facilities, cleaning and stocking of bathrooms and public spaces, managing wood fire heat sources, shoveling and salt/sand public access areas around the lodge, ski rental area clean-up.
Read daily ski report to be able to answer questions regarding ski/snow conditions.
Monitor radio communications with grooming staff and ski patrol.
Maintain simple café area.
As time allows and as needed, support stewardship operations in maintenance of trails and entrance areas.
Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
This is a seasonal, nonexempt position [28 hours per week] reporting directly to Ski Lodge Manager.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
Required:
Able to interact with visitors and handle tactfully a variety of customer service scenarios with professionalism and care.
Comfortable using a computerized sales system, able to handle cash register sales and reconcile daily accounts in a fast-paced and busy atmosphere.
Must have reliable transportation for winter travel to the work location.
Must be able to lift upwards of 40 pounds.
Preferred:
Interest/experience in cross-country skiing is highly desirable, but not required.
Current CPR and basic first aid certification desirable.
Eligibility Criteria:
Current authorization to work in the United States - a candidate must have such authorization by his or her first day of employment.
A valid driver's license, as well as a satisfactory driving record as outlined in The Trustees' driving policy.
A satisfactory criminal background (CORI) check.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays, particularly when snow is on the ground. Hours may be reduced depending on snow and weather conditions.
