The LEO A DALY graphic design career path is your opportunity to participate in winning work and reinforcing the brand in order to support LEO A DALY's mission to tackle our clients' challenges for the enrichment of the human experience. In this position, your primary responsibility is to collaborate and lead the creative vision for proposals and work-winning related projects (interviews, campaigns, etc.) that best position the firm. Your responsibilities include developing creative concepts, providing artistic direction, and ensuring the final product aligns with brand identity and client requirements.

Scope of role:
Conceptualization and implementation:?Develop strategy and execute layout for work winning collateral (proposals, brochures, etc.), specifically leading application of brand identity, visual style, and visual messaging to best represent LEO A DALY to the market and clients.
Proposal graphics leadership: Drive creative direction responding to RFQs, RFPs, Statements of Qualifications, etc. Capable and comfortable with complex multi-tasking, i.e. more than one proposal at a time.
Client collaboration:?Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and ensure alignment with brand goals.?
Brainstorming and ideation: Facilitate creative sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for proposals and other graphic design projects.
Graphic Design execution: Oversee and own the layout and visual impact of marketing materials including proposals, templates, etc. using multiple platforms including the Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
Quality control:?Review and approve creative work, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality execution.?
Project execution:?Lead graphics projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.?
Trend analysis:?Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations to incorporate into creative strategies.?
Presentation skills:?Effectively present creative concepts to internal clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Work with firm leadership and marketing team to develop and execute graphics in support of work winning efforts (proposals, interviews, campaigns, brochures, etc.).
Work with proposal teams on key, major proposals to develop graphic design direction, key graphic components and templates.
Understand and apply brand guidelines while recognizing unique opportunities for client-responsive graphics.
Understand RFQ/P requirements and the proposal process, aligning graphics to meet content and compliance requirements.
Mentor marketing and communications colleagues in graphic design best practices for proposals, brand application, visual communication.
Stay up-to-date on creative platforms and applications to enhance operational efficiency.
Ability to work as part of a team, take direction and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design or equivalent
15+ years of experience in architecture and design industry with a portfolio of experience in brand, collateral, and digital communications
Experience with proposal and collateral graphic design for A/E industry
Knowledgeable in graphic design trends and best practices
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with print collateral, brand identity, web, email and social media
Capable in a PC environment - firm is PC-based.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong composition and editing skills.

Primary Responsibilities
HDR is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager/MEP Coordinator with the technical skills and desire to help support our North American Commissioning Team. This position will be based out of our Walnut Creek office.
* On a day-to-day basis, this individual will be expected to:
* Oversee all phases of commissioning for our clients, including design phase commissioning, factory and integrator commissioning, construction phase commissioning, acceptance testing and post acceptance commissioning.
* Verify and audit that the general contractor, trade contractors, equipment vendors, and commissioning agents are in compliance with the client's construction quality and commissioning program.
* Manage commissioning meetings, maintain project commissioning notes, understand how to work within deadlines and project constraints.
