Lead reviews with government agencies and various other jurisdictional agencies for code compliance. Assist with managing the performance of design quality, financial, and strategic goals. Monitor and review the technical quality of documents produced in accordance with government and company standards, policies, and procedures. Participates in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates. Travel for project-related activities may be required. Coordinate the work of professionals and technicians. Exercise judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, working to solve problems when encountered, and receives guidance on complex projects. Competent in general conventional aspects of architecture and engineering design and construction practices. Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria independently solves problems encountered. Requirements Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required. 8+ years of experience Preferred Education & Experience Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect, or CCM preferred. Market-specific Certifications preferred. Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.? Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team.? Familiarity with how projects go from beginning to completion. A background in mentoring younger engineers or coordinating across disciplines Salary range for this position varies between $145,000 - $175,000, depending upon applicable experience.
