Full-time Description
Responsible to manage design contracts for the US Federal Government with a primary focus on Depart of Defense, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Space Force, and National Guard projects.

Be responsible for compliance with budgets, financial and contractual requirements of projects.
Directly manage small Minor Capital / SRM, as well and large complex projects.
Provide technical leadership to project delivery teams.
Establish and discuss project goals, objectives, design standards, and procedures with project personnel, Market Sector Leader(s), and Director of Operations.
Coordinate and conduct internal meetings with staff and consultants to ensure compliance of construction documentation and design specifications with contractual scope of work, codes and standards, regulations, design guides, construction budget and design delivery schedule.
Manage various pre-design services including DoD planning, programming, feasibility studies, facility condition assessment, site selection, and cost analysis.
Prepare and deliver oral and written presentations on the design and production of projects; present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Lead reviews with government agencies and various other jurisdictional agencies for code compliance.
Assist with managing the performance of design quality, financial, and strategic goals.
Monitor and review the technical quality of documents produced in accordance with government and company standards, policies, and procedures.
Participates in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.
Travel for project-related activities may be required.
Coordinate the work of professionals and technicians.
Exercise judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, working to solve problems when encountered, and receives guidance on complex projects.
Competent in general conventional aspects of architecture and engineering design and construction practices.

Requirements
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required.

Position Description: Navy and Marine Corps ProgramManager
The Navy and Marine Corps ProgramManager is responsible for leading business development efforts for master planning, asset management, energy and resiliency, and GIS services across all United States Navy and Marine Corps clients and serving as the technical execution lead for Navy and Marine Corps military master planning projects. What you will do
* Support business development by participating in RFQ, RFP, and interview processes
* Assist in negotiating scope of services, fees, and preparing agreements with both clients and consultants
* Ensure accurate input and updates of client and project information into project management systems

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design
* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years as a project manager
* Professional licensure preferred, but not required
* Working knowledge of local building and zoning codes
* Proficient in Revit, Vantagepoint, Planifi, and Microsoft Suite (including Microsoft Project)
* Strong working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing technical plans, drawings, and models
