Results Based in Anatomy Facial anatomy is a complex network of muscles, fat pads, skin, and more that work synergistically together. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assess clients' aesthetic needs and carry out tailored treatment plans alongside our medical providers to deliver natural results. - Administer aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.), skin rejuvenation procedures, IV Nutrition therapy, and other non-surgical therapies with precision and care. - Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment consultations and full-face assessments, ensuring clients are well informed and comfortable throughout their experience. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes. - Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to provide the best possible care. - Ensure compliance with all applicable health regulations and safety standards. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of aesthetics. -Create social media posts including before and after photos, client testimonials, and more to promote your work. Qualifications: - Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program. - Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. - Minimum of 2 years working as a NURSE INJECTOR REQUIRED PLEASE, certification in aesthetic injectables perferred - Comfortable with full face injections including Botox and dermal filler. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. - Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. - Basic computer skills and comfortable using social media. - CRP certification required.
