As the Director, Plant Operations, a typical day might include the following:

Drafts and revises preceptor, lecturer, and adjunct appointment letters for Core Faculty Chairs and works with academic departments and administrative offices in Arts & Sciences to complete appointment processes.
In collaboration with the Associate Director of Academic Affairs, Finance and Administration, assists in processing of reimbursements for instructors related to individual class outings and programs; processing honoraria and travel reimbursements for guest speakers.
Maintains and updates Core faculty email and contact lists for all Core courses (African Civilization, Art Humanities, Contemporary Civilization, Frontiers of Science, Latin American Civilization, Literature Humanities, and Music Humanities) and departmental communications, including 9 main listservs and numerous email list subsets. Prepares and distributes large mailings for all faculty.
Working closely with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Core Chairs, maintains and updates pages on the Columbia College website dedicated to the Core Curriculum, which includes maintaining and editing content and course materials for course instructors (e.g., uploading required documents and supplemental material, removing outdated materials) and performing monthly maintenance quality assurance checks on content links.

Responsibilities
Work as the manager for the Regional Laboratory hospital services and with the national PLS team to develop integration plans based on the structure of the lab management arrangement.
Participate in the identification, design, development and implementation of hospital laboratory management services. Participate in implementation plans, start up and ongoing management for both internal (regional business needs) and external customer (hospital client) contracting requirements.
Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion of the lab management arrangement and the ongoing contract success of operations in accordance with client and company needs.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
The Sr. Associate, Project Manager for the Finance Data Management and Governance (FDMG) team in the Enterprise Technology Services organization is pivotal in organizing key business processes across the organization, including project reporting, budget management, talent management & hiring, strategic messaging, communications, town halls, colleague engagement, and more. The candidate will be a key member of the FDMG organization Leadership Team, working closely and collaborating with all team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Project Management & Delivery
+ Assist in the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across business and technology functions.
+ Develop project plans with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Identify risks and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

**Operations & Planning Support:**
+ Support key operational cadences including staff meetings, town halls, and business reviews.
+ Assist in quarterly and annual planning activities, including OKR development, resource tracking, and progress reporting.
+ Coordinate meeting logistics, materials preparation, and follow-ups to ensure action items are completed.
+ Communications & Stakeholder Coordination
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to develop clear, effective communication materials including presentations, updates, and status reports.
+ Facilitate information flow between project teams and leadership to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
+ Promote consistency and clarity in execution across functional areas.
+ Continuous Improvement
+ Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance project transparency.
+ Recommend tools or frameworks that enhance project and team effectiveness.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Technology, or related areas.
+ 3 - 6 years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience crafting executive-facing content.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel), SharePoint, Confluence, and OneDrive.
+ PMP or related certification is a plus.

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
