Pros of working at Lepide

It was small that was about it. Didn't have to deal with a ton of politics. That's about it .

Cons of working at Lepide

CEO, highly inexperienced. Most hires are the CEO's friends or family and have no prior experience in their current positions. As a matter of fact, CEO is a puppet that just serves at the whim of the owners/directors in India. Ghosted on meetings that were scheduled. This company is not interested in growing their policies and procedures. No onboarding whatsoever, if you are in the U.S. you are on your own to learn how to sell this product.
