This position is on day shift from 5:00PM-5:30AM, with a rotating 2,2,3 schedule. This pay for this position is $27.78.
MINIMIM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires operational knowledge of all equipment associated with the extrusion process, brining, and cutters through the delivery of cheese to the processing department. The ability to perform CIP and manual clean-up of all associated equipment is also a requirement. The position must keep accurate records and sampling that comply with regulations. Dimension, length, and temperature control of product via adjustments made to equipment controls are critical parameters. Brine temperature and salinity are also critical parameters. All measurements require real time entry into the production computer database. Other duties as assigned.

The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for scheduled and remedial (break-fix) service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units & Battery system products (2-120KVA) serviced by Vertiv, commensurate with appropriate classroom and on-the-job training. RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROLE
Perform service tasks as assigned and as per company policies and procedures

Summary

Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections on assemblies, weldments, and fabricated components.
Maintain and calibrate inspection and measuring equipment.
Identify and document nonconformities; assist in corrective actions.
Work with engineering and fabrication teams to resolve quality issues.
Provide feedback to improve workflow, documentation, and process efficiency.
Complete inspection reports and quality documentation.
Support assembly, fit-up, hydraulic line plumbing, and customer run-off.
Assist with field start-up and customer training as needed (overnight travel required).

Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T.
