Cons of working at Les Schwab Tire Centers

Corporate headquarters is a toxic environment. Lots of passive agressive communication and veiled threats. Double standards for women. Men can fail up and there is no real eye on ensuring middle management treat people well. No mechanism to review your manager. "Right fit" culture hides racist microagressions. Company has an old school culture of working yourself to death. Decent pay keeps people locked in to poor treatment. Employees who see the reality are afraid to speak up.
