The Opportunity
Mode Mobile is hiring a senior, battle-tested dealmaker to unlock revenue from U.S. carriers, OEMs, and enterprises at scale.
This role is for someone who already knows the carrier org charts, already has people who pick up their calls, and has personally closed meaningful carrier or OEM deals. Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience

Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
