Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Server Administrator / VMware Administrator or similar infrastructure role. Solid experience administering Windows Server 2019 and above, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Experience with enterprise storage systems, preferably EMC and/or Pure Storage, including provisioning and performance management. Proven background in patching, hardening, and maintaining secure server environments in line with security standards and policies. Experience with backup, recovery, and monitoring tools supporting enterprise server environments. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own tasks through completion without heavy supervision. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a public sector, aviation, transportation, or similarly regulated environment.
