What You'll Do
+ Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance

**About the Role:**
The Retail Enterprise Customer Account Manager will be focused on selling into Enterprise Retail named accounts in an assigned geographic territory. This position requires an individual who can successfully build and grow existing customer relationships selling our full suite of products. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solution to meet their business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Strengthen and expand customer relationships through regular and frequent face-to-face interactions designed to drive sales growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences relevant to your customer base.
- Proactively develop, utilize, and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's industry.
- Advise, consult, and support customers on best and next practices in the utilization and expansion of services.
- Develop and maintain a "greenspace" heatmap and run strategic sales campaigns to drive pipeline and bookings in assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain Annual Account Plans and Relationship Maps for each assigned account.

- Leverage your sales management team, UKG executive sponsors, and in-person meetings to strengthen these relationships.
- Conduct at least two in-person business reviews with the customer annually, covering adoption, support, and roadmap discussions.

- Monitor account health, identify risks, and collaborate on Save Plans with appropriate teams.
- Maintain accuracy of account contacts and sentiment in SFDC, including a rolling four-quarter pipeline.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- At least 5 years of experience driving full cycle sales management process
- Proven experience with a mix of transactional and strategic deals, ranging from 9-12 month sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed a $1 million+ quota year over year, maintaining a pipeline three times the quota.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in HCM, WFM, Payroll and HCM Add-on modules.

The Guidewire Billing Center Developer will have a key role in the design, development, testing, deployment and production support of P&C (Guidewire) proprietary software applications. You will participate in the implementation of new applications and modifications to existing applications. Your main tools will consist of Gosu, PostgreSQL, Azure, GIT & Cloud Platform components and integrated system components.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with development by gathering information, performing analysis, and eliciting the details of user requirements in discussions with users.
+ Complete design, documentation, development, testing and debugging tasks working within a team.
+ Support application software by fixing problems and making enhancements.
+ Develop and implement other business optimization projects and solutions including enhancements and upgrades.
+ Work with others, provides feedback and guidance to less experienced.
+ Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and project lifecycle principles. Advanced knowledge of various programming languages and/or advanced knowledge of web design languages, scripting tools and protocols.

As a Project Manager within LRS Retirement Solutions, you will be expected to lead your team of Business Analysts, Developers, and other resources to implement our PensionGold product for our customers successfully. Project Managers are key resources involved in all aspects of our implementation projects. We expect our Project Manager to be "hands-on" with the implementation activities. You will be involved from the project start through the customer's warranty completion. Our implementation projects can last from 18-36 months, and the project manager will often manage 1-3 projects simultaneously, depending on the size of the projects. Your specific responsibilities will include:
+ Ongoing interaction with customers, including executives, pension administration staff, their project oversight vendor, and potentially Board members.
+ Providing ongoing status reports and making presentations.
+ Creating and executing work plans within Microsoft Project.
+ Managing project scope and timeline.
+ Creating, reviewing, and managing project deliverables.
+ Identifying risks and developing plans to mitigate the risks.
+ Handling change management throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Managing project team resources, providing direction, and supporting the project team.
+ Effectively communicating with local and offsite team resources as well as client resources.

Applicant Requirements:
+ You must have at least five years of demonstrable project management experience in large application development/implementations projects or managing a project management office.

+ You must have experience using Microsoft's standard office tools along with Microsoft Project.

This is a great opportunity to put both your leadership and core engineering skillset to use. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to deeply embed within our engineering team to deliver robust product features in an existing cloud-based, enterprise-grade codebase. As each of our customers is unique, you'll need to use your strong understanding of design patterns and help ensure that the broader team around you continues to deliver high-quality results while operating at the fast cadence of our business.
**About the Team:**
Your primary skillset should be in solving complex problems with simple engineering solutions. Most of your day will be invested in advancing our existing products to be best-in-class SaaS architecture with distributed patterns and microservices. You'll work alongside highly skilled team members who have a passion for solving problems well and will need to be ready to dive in and explore complicated requirements and diverse codebases as you design and deliver solutions.
**About the Role:**
+ Design and deliver deeply technical feature sets
+ Implement technologies that improve efficiency, performance, and reliability
+ Develop and deliver innovative solutions to empower and enable customer requirements
+ Drive improvements in availability, reliability, and performance of core systems: both monoliths & distributed applications
+ Analyze and modify existing software as well as design, construct, and test commercial software that meets customer needs and delivers complete, on-time solutions
+ Participate in full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design
+ Drive work items related to client customizations or service implementation
+ Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
+ Ensure ongoing product availability, serviceability, and maintenance
+ Support, maintain, and document software functionality
+ Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
+ Subject matter expertise in feature area, inclusive of area ownership and responsibility for quality, understanding design patterns, and planning of team engagement to assist feature area
+ Build reliable systems at scale as a feature team member
+ Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
+ Assist customer support team in resolving outstanding customer issues
+ Participate in on-call rotational duties
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
+ 5+ years full-stack Perl development
+ Master of relational databases, preferably MySQL, MariaDB or PostreSQL
+ 8+ years experience in a SaaS business environment
+ 8+ years experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Linux)
+ Knowledge and background in messaging integration patterns to support microservice patterns
+ Commitment to end-to-end product and service quality, completeness, and the resulting experience
+ Strong communication to articulate design, approach, and solution overview to both internal and external audiences
