Starting pay is up to $17.50 per hour with shift differential, equipment premiums and 60 day increase, plus annual bonus and benefits, including employee and dependent medical, dental and vision coverage. Summary:
Reporting to a Shift Supervisor, you will work in any variety of warehousing functions. Positions may include shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, order preparation, processing returns / repair, product transport, and basic inventory functions:
General Warehouse responsibilities include:
Preparing customer orders for shipment.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking for shipments.
Operating technology including radio frequency scanners, computers, etc. .
Loading and unloading product from trucks or containers.
Breaking down and separating incoming shipments.
Moving products to storage areas with proper equipment and stacking and storing the merchandise.
Picking orders for shipment and assembling merchandise to be shipped.
Counting and verifying freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
Following LS&CO. policies and procedures, including all safety rules, requirements and facility housekeeping standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18 years
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 6 months previous warehouse experience
Operate (RF) hand held scanner
Number recognition and correlation
Physical Requirements:
Lift and move 50 lbs, push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
Mobility necessary to work all levels of building.
Can stand 90% of working shift if required by job responsibilities.
Typical shift times are as follows:
Shift One:
Tuesday - Friday from 5am - 3:30pm
Shift Two:
Monday - Friday from 3pm - 12am
Shift Three:
Saturday - Monday from 5am - 5pm
E-Commerce Shifts:
Mondays 7:30am - 4pm
Tuesday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Essential RESPONDSIBILITIES:
Supervises non-exempt employees on achieving daily performance requirements.
Administers policy and procedure within legal guidelines. Coaches work group to adapt to new ways of performing work to include understanding of legal ramifications of our policies, government regulations, safety standards, and consistently adhering to and administering policy and procedures.
Manage costs by tracking costs against ABP. Provide input into projected plans. Conduct cost analysis. Evaluate safety costs against production goals. Use cost factors to effectively make sound decisions as well as identifying gaps.
Manage production workflow. Utilize multi-warehouse systems to predict and direct workflow. Follow computer control commands to redirect workflow within warehouse systems. Understands how all parts are impacted by decisions to redirect workflow.
Facilitates the setting of objectives and strategies along with daily tactical planning, budgeting and workforce requirements.
Develops performance measures for work groups and clarifies inputs and outputs that will be monitored for continuous improvements.
Schedules work for the daily activities of the work groups to maximize available resources.
REQUIRED Skills:
Communication: Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Clear expression of ideas in writing and in good grammatical form. Has the ability to actively listen and provide feedback to others.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts/disagreements in such a way to promote a win-win situation with the parties involved. Understands that based on the variety of experiences and values of the work group and work group members, differences will arise. A Supervisor is very sensitive to the feelings of others as resolutions are collectively developed.

Technical: Demonstrates an understanding of the order fulfillment process, facility policies and procedures, and intermediate PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Demonstrate the ability to learn and understand warehouse systems such as SAP, WCS, Red Prairie, TranMan, Laser Print, etc.
Coaching/Counseling: Develops a positive working environment promoting open and honest communications and trust among work group members. Understands in order to provide continuous feedback to work group members, specific behaviors must be described in detail. Listen with the intent to understand the situation, shows empathy, and can express feelings in a very professional manner without offending work group members. Ensures production standards and policies are adhered to and counsels work group members accordingly should deviations exist. Partners with union leadership to work through employee issues.
Problem Solving: Ability to understand a situation by breaking it apart into smaller pieces, organizing parts of problem in a systematic way, making systematic comparisons of different aspects or features, setting priorities on a rational basis, identifying time sequences, and causal relationships or other relationships, in order to generate solutions. Trains and leads work group in problem solving activities.
Change Orientation: Ability to adapt to and work in a variety of situations to support the organizational goals. Appreciates new and different perspectives and has the willingness to align one's own behavior with the needs, priorities, and goals of LS&CO.

What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for the execution of Asset Protection initiatives in assigned locations 2-6 stores, as well as, implementation of shortage reduction programs in high shrink location(s)
Provide in person and remote support to local store management to meet strategic asset protection objectives
Effectively leverage business and sales performance as a means for shortage reduction
Complete AP and Physical Security Audits on a routine basis.
Perform operational audits of store districts within the Company focusing on sales floor fullness, stockroom organization, health and safety, human resources compliance and customer service
Routine monthly travel to Focus Stores. Manage Focus Store program to ensure store compliance, and follow up on sub-standard performers
Participate in store associate training regarding approved Asset Protection procedures and workshops
Commit to the highest degree of professionalism, integrity and customer service
Conduct surveillance using CCTV and floor techniques to apprehend and deter theft in accordance with the company apprehension policies
Execute weekly external operations within the assigned market and support other external market initiatives when applicable
Participate in coordinated blitz efforts alongside ORC, peer retailers, and other AP Team Members (may require overnight travel)
Initiate and support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime while partnering with immediate supervisor, Zone ORC Investigator, and local law enforcement
Prepare case reports covering investigation and case details
Maintain an effective relationship with store leaders, peer retailers, mall security and local law enforcement partners
Represent company in court proceedings related to external cases
Initiate investigations related to internal loss, determine sources, and communicate effectively to supervisor
Routine assessment of store operations, pre-shrink indicators, and safety compliance measures through operational audits
Optimize inventory accuracy through effective execution and management of physical inventories, store transfer monitoring and OMNI compliance.
What Do You Need To Bring?
4-year degree preferred
1-2+ or more years of experience in the Asset Protection field or relevant experience in retail setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelines
Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends appropriate to retail business needs

With innovative and exciting operational initiatives, the Authentication Operations team is a fast-paced and passion-filled team to be a part of! This team has optimally launched watches, handbags, sneakers, trading cards, and apparel authentication in the US, CA, AU, UK, DE and JP in under four years. The Apparel Trainer will be an essential contributor to eBay's training initiatives, specifically within the scope of the Authenticity Guarantee for luxury categories such as clothing, footwear, and accessories. This position entails the crafting and delivery of engaging, high-impact training sessions that are designed to bolster the knowledge and competencies of authenticators across multiple warehouse sites. The role demands a collaborative approach to support and enhance onboarding processes, ongoing education, and performance-based coaching strategies. The Trainer will be directly overseen by the Category Lead for Handbags/Accessories Training, ensuring alignment with broader departmental goals and standards. Through these efforts, the Trainer will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and maintaining eBay's commitment to authentic product experiences in the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery
* Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for global sites, including onboarding, product expansions, and refresher courses.
* Conduct practical evaluations during the hiring process and deliver tailored training to new and existing team members.
Materials & Program Development
* Collaborate on the creation of training resources-job aids, e-learning, and live training-tailored to authentication needs and trends.
* Maintain up-to-date guides and design creative training methods based on launches, expansion plans, and risk areas.
Assessment & Coaching
* Develop and administer tier-based assessments with the Category Lead and LMS Manager; track authenticator progression and performance.
* Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback; document growth areas and improvement opportunities for each authenticator.
Authentication Support
* Provide hands-on authentication support when needed to assist team operations, prioritizing accuracy and speed.
* Serve as a category expert, offering guidance and clarification to authenticators on complex or unfamiliar items.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Report progress, risks, and insights weekly to leadership; support onboarding for new sites or categories as assigned.
* Manage training projects effectively while fostering relationships with cross-functional teams and sharing documentation with key stakeholders.

* Requires up to 25-50% travel annually (domestic and international).

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$58,700 - $84,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Position Summary:

Position Summary:
