Stephen Hogan joined LLCP in 1996 and currently serves as President, Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Firm. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the management company and LLCP’s global business affairs, as well as oversight of the finance, accounting and investor relations functions. Stephen is a member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining LLCP, Stephen served as the Chief Financial Officer for a Southern California middle market company and previously worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles, where he performed audit and tax work. Stephen received a B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in Accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, and is a licensed CPA.

David Wolmer joined LLCP in 2008 and currently serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the Firm. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the management company and LLCP’s global business affairs, as well as direct oversight of all legal and compliance activities. David is a member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining LLCP, David was an Associate in the global corporate group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. David received a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Fordham School of Law.

Jeff Kropp joined LLCP in 2020 and currently serves as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel. In this capacity, he assists with the legal and compliance aspects of LLCP’s investment activities and business affairs.

Prior to joining LLCP, Jeff was Counsel & Director of Compliance at Empyrean Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based hedge fund, where he advised the firm on legal and compliance matters. He began his career at Proskauer Rose LLP in Los Angeles as a member of the Corporate group. Jeff received a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University and a J.D./M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
