Leviton CEO and leadership

Donald J. Hendler as CEO, and Stephen B. Sokolow as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Leviton Manufacturing Company, Harold Leviton, through a carefully-architected succession plan, ensured that the Company his father started in 1906 would continue to serve the marketplace as a private, family-owned and operated company. Leviton, CEO and Chairman of the Board, passed away earlier this month, leaving two of his sons-in-law to lead the Company as it progresses through its second hundred years in operation. Hendler, who in 2005 was named President, will assume the additional title and role of CEO. Sokolow, who was named Vice Chairman of the Board that same year, will succeed as Chairman of the Board.

He attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University between 1991 and 1994; Hofstra University between 1988 and 1991; and Kaminetz.

Bob MacTaggart is a cio at Leviton. He attended New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Daryoush Larizadeh is the chief operating officer of Leviton and has been a member of the company's leadership team since 2001. With more than 25 years of management experience, Larizadeh has led Leviton's transformation from a U.S.-based manufacturer of electrical products to a global provider of solutions that help customers create sustainable environments. Daryoush Larizadeh joined Leviton as vice president of strategy in 2001, leading the company in the development of strategic planning and budgeting processes; consolidating manufacturing facilities and streamlining operations. In 2002, he became the senior vice president of strategic business units, leading Leviton's operational efficiency programs and spearheading the creation of strategic business units for each of the company's diverse product areas (Commercial and Industrial, Lighting and Energy Solutions, Network Solutions and Residential). During this period, he facilitated the restructuring of Leviton's business units and led the acquisition and integration of several businesses to expand Leviton's product portfolio into new end markets and geographies. Prior to his time at Leviton, Daryoush Larizadeh spent more than a decade as a business management consultant, most recently with PRTM Management Consulting, where he applied his expertise in strategic growth planning, acquisition integration and product development processes to various consulting roles. In advance of his time at PRTM, he served as project and process engineer and plant manager for American Cyanamid. Daryoush Larizadeh holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Operations Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Jason Prevost is a President and COO at Leviton and is based in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada. He has worked as Vice President Distribution at Leviton, Product Marketing Manager at Future Electronics, and Vice President Marketing at Standard Products Inc.. Jason studied at JOHN ABBOTT COLLEGE between 1994 and 1996 and Concordia between 1996 and 2000.
