This role is a salaried long-term contract role that pays $50,000 plus benefits that include 3 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, health and life insurance, and 401k. The hours are nightshift, 6:45a-7p, and are on a rotating DUPONT shift where one week you would work MON/TUES/FRI/SAT and the next week you would work SUN/WED/THURS and stay on that rotation. Responsible for safely changing L/P tank on their forklift daily and completing a forklift inspection using SARFCD-00130. Job DescriptionSalary: $16.50 per hour Job Title: Warehouse Order Shipper The Warehouse Order Shipper is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that all outgoing shipments are complete, properly labeled, and meet company and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on packing slips and customer instructions Verify accuracy of items picked and ensure correct quantities and conditions Label and document shipments with appropriate shipping information and tracking details Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners Maintain clean and organized shipping areas Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipping schedules Follow all safety and operational procedures Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or shipping experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer or scanner skills for tracking shipments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Forklift certification a plus (optional depending on the role) Work Environment: Warehouse setting with moderate to loud noise levels May involve exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
