Lewis Energy Group is looking for a highly motivated Parts, Clerk to join our Service Center team. The clerk compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Inventory control: Maintains appropriate inventory levels to support uninterrupted maintenance operations in both shop and field. Maintains an organized parts inventory by creating and up keeping a system to identify parts location on shelves. Verifies receiving shipments by checking order against packing list. Orders and maintains both bulk and barrel lubricants used by company assets.
Participates in purchase order (PO) process: Creates and issues POs for regular stocking parts. Turns in shipping documents to PO Writer when parts are received.
Maintains a clean/safe work environment: Performs general housekeeping in parts/tool room and waste oil storage area to provide a clean and safe work environment.
Reporting: Prepares list of depleted items and consults ongoing procurement with coordinator. Provides coordinator with weekly and end of month reports illustrating POs issued by department. Conducts semi-annual cost analysis of all vendor accounts for coordinator review.

Lawn care: Operates walk-behind powered rotary mower to cut lawns. Trims and edges around walks, driveways, flower beds and walls using powered line trimmer. Removes lawn clippings, leaves, other debris or litter from grounds, using rake, broom, or powered backpack blower. Prunes trees and shrubs using hand and pole saws, hand pruners, loppers and hedge shears. Applies granular and liquid fertilizers and pesticides using walk-behind spreader and liquid sprayer. Measures or mixes and selects applicator setting according to product instructions. Cleans equipment after each use. Systems maintenance: Maintains and repairs irrigation systems. Visually inspects systems in operation and measures coverage. Removes and replaces malfunctioning controller, valves, pipes, risers, and sprinkler heads or components. Equipment Maintenance: Maintains tools and equipment in operating condition. Cleans, fuels, changes oil, and replaces filters and spark plugs on gasoline-powered mowers, trimmers and blowers. Replaces expended trimmer monofilament line and removes, sharpens and replaces mower blades. Scrapes or brushes debris, washes, lubricates and sharpens cutting surfaces on hand tools.

Rigline 24/7 Rig Equipment Support Technicians are Nabors front line technical support experts. Experience with drilling rig operations and equipment is required. The ability to gather information, diagnose problems, and resolve issues both proactively and reactively is the technician's primary task. The technician is expected to resolve routine issues and log all cases in a tracking system. Technicians will manage the issue from beginning to end, working with other departments, until resolution. This a rotational 12-hour shift position in the support center, 7 days on/7 days off.

Lays out, rigs up, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies oilfield production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, such as computer equipment, data acquisition instrumentation, flow tubes, densitometers, pressure transducers, test equipment, and other various hydraulic fracturing machinery and controls, applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, mathematics, electronic and electrical testing.
Responsibilities
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Additional duties may be assigned as necessary):
Troubleshoots, repairs and calibrates sensors at an entry to intermediate level, to include but not limited to: pressure, temperature, speed, density, viscosity, pH, level position, float, counting devices, hydraulic control, photo cells, flow rate, differential pressure, pressure switches under the direction and guidance of the Lead Electronics Technician and/or Supervisor.
Performs use of Data Van control software to include: installation, configuration, and remote usage, pull and analyze log data files and configuration files from a Data Van or other unit. Assists other electronics personnel on equipment capabilities and usage to include Data Van software.
Performs tracking and accountability of repair parts, ready spares and consumables. Communicates equipment status details and directions in a clear and coherent manner. Maintains daily work logs, paperwork requirements, and work orders on a timely and efficient basis.
Coordinates with appropriate personnel in regards to completing work requests, troubleshooting and upgrading equipment. Coordinates with other technicians and Lead personnel regarding equipment status, emergency repairs and best practices of equipment usage.
Displays knowledge of circuits, systems and components utilized on the fracturing equipment. Analyzes and modifies standard circuitry to improve its performance.
Performs maintenance of computer systems including software and hardware updates. Completes preventive maintenance and visual inspections using authorized procedures, preventive maintenance forms, and reporting media.
Reads, comprehends, and interprets blueprints/drawings, schematics, and procedures and relates them to the facility/equipment and have the ability to troubleshoot non-standard electronic devices or devices for which documentation is incomplete or not available.
Sets up and runs tests with occasional supervisory and/or engineering support.
Performs failure analysis and communicates findings effectively using standalone reports and/or other software.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to speak effectively, present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, and clients.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Familiar with Microsoft Programs, Database management, basic communications and networking protocols. Web and Cloud services knowledge a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Other Skills and Abilities
Professional, clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
Ability to work in remote locations.
Ability to read equipment prints and schematics to perform effective troubleshooting.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to read and write minimal English for safety reasons.
Must own a set of basic tools.
Bilingual is a plus.
Other Qualifications
Basic knowledge and at least one year of experience in maintenance and repair of instrumentation including but not limited to: flow meters, transducers, densitometers, PLCs and other measurement controls.
Knowledge of a wide variety of electronic test equipment and various mechanical hand tools.
Knowledge and ability to solder simple circuits, connectors, and wiring.
