The groundskeeper maintains landscapes at multiple residential, commercial and industrial properties according to maintenance program guidelines and company policies. Uses personal protective equipment provided by Company. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Lawn care: Operates walk-behind powered rotary mower to cut lawns. Trims and edges around walks, driveways, flower beds and walls using powered line trimmer. Removes lawn clippings, leaves, other debris or litter from grounds, using rake, broom, or powered backpack blower. Prunes trees and shrubs using hand and pole saws, hand pruners, loppers and hedge shears. Applies granular and liquid fertilizers and pesticides using walk-behind spreader and liquid sprayer. Measures or mixes and selects applicator setting according to product instructions. Cleans equipment after each use. Systems maintenance: Maintains and repairs irrigation systems. Visually inspects systems in operation and measures coverage. Removes and replaces malfunctioning controller, valves, pipes, risers, and sprinkler heads or components. Equipment Maintenance: Maintains tools and equipment in operating condition. Cleans, fuels, changes oil, and replaces filters and spark plugs on gasoline-powered mowers, trimmers and blowers. Replaces expended trimmer monofilament line and removes, sharpens and replaces mower blades. Scrapes or brushes debris, washes, lubricates and sharpens cutting surfaces on hand tools. Position is responsible for the operations of a newly built 300 MMSCFD cryogenic natural gas processing plant in the Delaware Basin. The Plant Operator is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the gas plant which includes but is not limited to the following equipment: Natural gas and liquids separation Condensate stabilization Amine treating TEG Glycol and Mole Sieve dehydration Turbine, reciprocating, and screw compression Turbine power generation Propane refrigeration Natural gas cryogenic processing Valves, instrumentation, meters, pumps, and tanks CO2 compression, treating, & dehydration Natural gas and NGL measurement Reverse Osmosis water treating In addition, the Plant Operator will be a key contributor to EOG's proactive safety culture. The Magnolia Plant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of manufacturing operations at the Magnolia facility. Rigline 24/7 Rig Equipment Support Technicians are Nabors front line technical support experts. Experience with drilling rig operations and equipment is required. The ability to gather information, diagnose problems, and resolve issues both proactively and reactively is the technician's primary task. The technician is expected to resolve routine issues and log all cases in a tracking system. Technicians will manage the issue from beginning to end, working with other departments, until resolution. This a rotational 12-hour shift position in the support center, 7 days on/7 days off. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years' experience in the drilling industry and knowledge of drilling operations and equipment Preferred mechanical, hydraulic and electrical rig equipment skills. The Floorhand s job is to safely and efficiently provide the manual labor required to operate the equipment on the drilling rig floor. This includes the operation of tongs and use of drilling slips to assemble and disassemble drilling pipe and collars, operation of hoists to raise/lower equipment and personnel as well as hand tools, sledge hammers and large pipe wrenches to maintain and repair equipment. The Floorhand participates in a variety of activities in repairing, maintaining and cleaning the rig equipment. This may include chipping and painting, the physical movement of equipment, the mixing of chemicals and the greasing, oiling and washing of equipment, walls and floors. The Floorhand performs these tasks under the close supervision of the Driller.
