Lewis Energy Group is looking for a highly motivated Groundskeeper II to join our Facilities team. The groundskeeper maintains landscapes at multiple residential, commercial and industrial properties according to maintenance program guidelines and company policies. Uses personal protective equipment provided by Company.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Lawn care: Operates walk-behind powered rotary mower to cut lawns. Trims and edges around walks, driveways, flower beds and walls using powered line trimmer. Removes lawn clippings, leaves, other debris or litter from grounds, using rake, broom, or powered backpack blower. Prunes trees and shrubs using hand and pole saws, hand pruners, loppers and hedge shears. Applies granular and liquid fertilizers and pesticides using walk-behind spreader and liquid sprayer. Measures or mixes and selects applicator setting according to product instructions. Cleans equipment after each use. Systems maintenance: Maintains and repairs irrigation systems. Visually inspects systems in operation and measures coverage. Removes and replaces malfunctioning controller, valves, pipes, risers, and sprinkler heads or components. Equipment Maintenance: Maintains tools and equipment in operating condition. Cleans, fuels, changes oil, and replaces filters and spark plugs on gasoline-powered mowers, trimmers and blowers. Replaces expended trimmer monofilament line and removes, sharpens and replaces mower blades. Scrapes or brushes debris, washes, lubricates and sharpens cutting surfaces on hand tools.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent and minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Familiarity with function, safe use and maintenance of variety of basic hand and power tools.
* Familiarity with design, function and maintenance of irrigation systems.
* Valid driver's license.
* Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) is preferred.
* Texas Certified Nursery Professional (TCNP) is preferred.

Develops and executes the SE Lean Management System Deployment within Division Site or function, working with the Site Leader or Functional leader. THE OPPORTUNITY
Does working with a mission-based global organization and contributing to one of the largest tradeshow conferences in the world sound rewarding? As an OTC Event Manager, you will play a key role in planning and executing multiple aspects of OTC operations in collaboration with the OTC team. Overview
In this role, the Field Operations Technician will be responsible for commissioning, service, maintenance, and testing of the Verax analytical equipment in downstream, midstream, and upstream field locations. Summary Objective

Locate underground services, such as pipes or wires, prior to beginning work
Adjust hand wheels and depress pedals to control attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, or swing booms
Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members
Check fuel supplies at sites to ensure adequate availability
Drive and maneuver equipment equipped with blades in successive passes over working areas to remove topsoil, vegetation or rocks to distribute and level earth or terrain
Conduct housekeeping duties at the job site, on company vehicle and equipment. Work with hands to keep the equipment maintained and clean
Complete daily invoices
Perform basic automotive maintenance to include proper tool recognition
This position will provide support on day-to-day project needs
Learn and follow safety regulations;
Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects
Other duties as assigned
Work with hands to keep the equipment maintained and clean;
Ability to fuse poly pipe and operate tools required to accomplish this task;
Have knowledge of what constitutes a legal bell hole;
Ability to use a probe when digging for pipe;
Ability to perform basic maintenance on oilfield infrastructure and gas fields using the proper tools;
Complete housekeeping duties at the job site, company vehicle and equipment;
Willing to work in all weather condition;
