Shift Leader Reports To: Restaurant Manager Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin' Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback. Responsibilities Include: * Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members * Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution * Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages * Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members * Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback * Support the training of restaurant team members as needed * Perform oversight of franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift * Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare him/her for shift * Ensure Food Safety standards are met * Manage Inventory throughout the shift * Provide great guest service and coaches restaurant team members to do the same * Schedule restaurant team members for shifts * Manage cash over/short during shift and ensures restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policies Education/Experience: * Basic computer skills * Fluent in spoken and written English * Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred. On-call Pay! On call pay starts at $2.75/hour. Required to work a minimum of four 12-hour on-call shifts per month, scheduled either from 4:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m. Availability for holidays, weekends, and overnight shifts is required. Must be able to report to the Law Enforcement Center within one hour of being called in. Characteristics of the Class: Under close supervision of the Jail Administrator, an employee in this class performs law enforcement work including ancillary County Jail functions. Responsible for transporting inmates. Performs related work as required. This work may involve an element of personal danger. Resident Assistant (RA) The Resident Care Partner is a non-professional employee trained to provide personal care and related services to residents in the community according to documented, individualized service and care plans. He/she functions under the Healthcare Coordinator. May be a Certified Nurse's Aide but this is not required.
