The State College Area School District anticipates filling the Park Forest Middle School Girls Assistant Coach position. The Coach is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to student-athletes as well as supporting an overall vision for the Junior High Program. The Assistant Coaches report to the High School and Junior High Head Coaches in support of program goals and initiatives. As a Facilities Person at CATA, you will be working with a team of dedicated employees who are committed to providing excellent service to our staff and customers. Some pertinent responsibilities of the position are listed below. • Clean and disinfect restrooms on a regular basis. • Dust/wipe clean; tables, desks, base boards, light fixtures and HVAC vents etc. • Routinely inspect and replenish paper towel, tissues and soap dispensers. • Sweep and damp mop vinyl composition tile and other hard floors. • Vacuum carpeted floors and entry mats including offices, hallways and communal spaces on a regular basis. • Maintain building grounds, including weeding, mulching, trimming, mowing, snow removal and trash pickup. • Perform periodic inspections and preventative maintenance on facility systems such as interior and exterior lighting, electrical, plumbing, gas detection, lubrication and other related equipment. • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and periodically up to 80 pounds with assistance. Required to bend, kneel, crouch, reach or climb ladders.
