About the Position We are looking for a Residential Mental Health Associate to join our team at our River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, Oregon! The Residential Mental Health Associate will engage with residents to provide treatment services prescribed by their therapist both in the community and in the program and document those services in the EHR (Electronic Health Record). They will provide direct treatment services to the clients according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on individual treatment services such as Activity Therapy, Skills Training, Case Management, Community Psychiatric Support, and Crisis Intervention. They will also provide direct group treatment services to the clients according to their individualized treatment plan by utilizing approved evidenced-based curriculum. The Residential Mental Health Associate will provide direct skills training and coaching within skill areas including but not limited to independent living/self-sufficiency, education, navigating the medical community, community living, and/or as assigned. They will provide transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services. This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit.
